“I have used Hermes via Parcel2Go many times in the last 2 months without a hitch. I dealt with Nicola on the Help Chat line who was very professional and has hopefully put right my error. Brilliant service.”

“I’m not one to usually write reviews however, this morning I had problems with a pre-paid postage label (had an error) which I reported to a very helpful Nicola ‘live chat’ who I must say was very helpful from start to finish and resolved my enquiry very quickly and professionally – Thank You”

“Using what appears to be a machine to help you can be a bit daunting especially when you have a problem such as I did that lasted almost two hours but, whatever it is, be it machine or a human person, if it helps as it did in my case.... well, I would always use them again if i had a problem”
