I would highly recommend Parcel2Go to anyone. I have been using this company for a while now and I couldn't fault them. Not only the cheapest that I have found, the website is easy to use and navigate around, payment and tracking are easy to use, there's just no hassel whatsoever. The collection/delivery drivers are always polite and cheerful and every parcel I have sent has arrived safely and securely to it's destination well within the time frame given, totally without any hiccups. Also the on-line help is great, they are always polite and eager to help. I have only ever had to get in touch due to my own personal error or to cancel a collection/delivery etc. But each time I have, the customer service reps have always been great, giving me any help or advice I've needed etc

I send all my parcels through the website now, I find it works very well. When I had an issue and needed to contact customer support they were very helpful and friendly.

Booked through Parcel to Go on Friday for a collection on Monday via Yodel. However they never arrived, turns out they only collect between 7-7pm and as we are a company we are only open 9-5. I used the live chat to rebook the collection and had a really helpful girl named Sammie, it was quick and easy and she rebooked us through UPS for a collection the same day by 5pm. We use Parcel to Go often and have never had a problem before however we will no longer be using Yodel due to their time frames!

I HAVE JUST HAD A PARCEL DELIVERED BY PARCEL2GO LAST SATURDAY 30th MAY 2015. (SO WHAT YOUR THINKING). HOW ABOUT A CHEAP DELIVERY FIRM SENDING REGULAR UPDATES VIA E-MAIL ABOUT YOUR PARCEL,WHERE IT IS AND WHEN IT WILL ARRIVE ALMOST TO THE MINUTE. THAT IS WHAT PARCEL2 GO DID FOR ME. THE BEST OF ALL THE LASS THAT DELIVERED IT WAS VERY CHEERFULL AND POLITE BY THE WAY THIS WAS 7.45 AM AND LIKE I SAID IT WAS A SATURDAY. GOD KNOWS WHAT TIME SHE STARTS OF A MORNING BUT FOR ME AND PROBABLY MANY OTHERS WEEKENDS IS MY TIME OFF. VERY WELL DONE TO PARCEL2GO I STRONGLY RATE THEM WITH 5 STARS THERE GOOD THERE CHEAPER THERE PARCEL2GO.
