“Just spoken with Nicola - very helpful and my query has been sorted within minutes by her, whereas i was still awaiting a response from the query i originally spoke to someone about two or three weeks ago. Very impressed with Nicolas efficiency - thank you”

“This morning I had a parcel to get out to customer asap. Imagine my stress when I could not log in, and my security answer was not helping reset my password! However the chat window, and to be more precise, Nicola was there to set things right. It took her no time at all to assimilate the problem, check I was who i said I was, and fix my issue - not failing to explain the 'why' of the situation. First rate service, many thanks!”

“Online system fairly simple and intuitive to use. System didn't provide emailed consignment note and required follow up. Wasn't clear whether this was by TNT or P2G, and took me a call to TNT to find out. Live chat help button is quite well buried in the P2G site so took a while to find. Once I was there, the help was fast and effective.”

“Your collection system needs work if the item has clearly not been collected after the date/time it should be reviewed by yourselves not chased by customers as this leads to issues. I was billed for more than what I chose plus the parcel was never collected. Lucily Nicola was able to assist. Please fix this.”

“I have no complaints regarding the lady who served and resolve my query. She friendly, well mannered and quick to respond to the issue. I just wish the web site was as helpful as she was. Some work is required on the website, to many Q and A's and most are generic, no enough direction to how to contact someone, when the Q and A's do not match your situation, or a what to do afterwards.All I can say Thank goodness for the young lady, who resolve the issue.”

“Sammie was very prompt and helpful and sorted out my issue for me. In regards to Parcel2go - find the service good but hard to find live chat if you have an issue as I did today - the email you get from Parcel2go is this "This is unexpected! There appears to be a problem with this label which needs some help to be fixed. Please contact our live help team who will be able to solve this for you and quote P2G29527659. In the meantime, thank you for your booking and our apologies that things haven't gone as smoothly as we'd have hoped so far." but then doesn't tell you how to find our live help team - should be a link to it or something. Also find that tracking rarely works.”
