“Today I communicated with Nicola via an online chat. One of the parcels I sent has gone lost. My inquiry was about the investigation process that Parcel2Go are conducting right now. I wanted to find out how long it should take for them to get back to me with the updates on my missing parcel. Nicola came across as a very caring, friendly, yet professional person. Her communication was excellent and very much to the point. I am now well informed and much more relaxed about the whole issue. Thank you very much for your help!”

“Ive only used this service a couple of times but each time it has been quick, efficient and very very easy to use. On one occasion I had trouble printing out my labels and wasnt sure how I could find them as I hadnt opened up an account, I used 'live chat' and Nicola came on line quick and dealt with my problem very promptly and easily. Makes such a difference to other companies I have tried whose 'chat' option seems to never work. Thanks Nicola”

“My previous review was deleted for some reason. Just sent another parcel. No problems as usual. I did once Have an issue with a parcel by Hermes but it was easily sorted out by aprce2go chat.”
