Do not touch these people. After lying about missed collections (I was at home waiting on them for 2 days) they then weeks after collecting from me helped themselves to an extra £122 out of my account (I had already paid and agreed a rate of £77) as they said the package was larger and heavier than stated. It was in original packging from when I purchased with the dimensions and weight stated on outside of box, so an absolute lie. Now all my emails to them are mysteriously bouncing back after a few days correspondence with their customer service. An absolute bunch of total scammers.

I had a parcel to be delivered form the UK to Spain. I paid express, it still has not arrived. I called TNT directly, they said to call 'parcelcompare'. There is no direct contact details to talk to a human. They still have not delivered my parcel, but taken my money for express. I am fuming! DON'T use parcelcompare website. Go through the delivery company directly. I made that mistake!

I paid express through their website. I sent a parcel from the UK to Spain. TNT were great with collecting the parcel, but my parcel still has not been delivered in Spain. I called TNT, they said I would need to speak to 'parcelcompare'. There is no direct contact number that I can call to talk to a human. DON'T use this website, use the companies website directly. I made that mistake!

My parcel cam back which was clearly dropped and completely damaged with several parts missing. The item was already 3 days late being delivered to customer which they then refused due to lateness. To receive back in this state was disgusting. They are now trying to avoid the claims and I will taker this matter as far as it needs to go.

Very bad company be aware dont use!! Customer service is like talking to the wall!! They increased value of my package from £50 to £300 and never admitted they're mistake on other side very big custom charge.!! Unprofessional!!!!! Avoid.!!

This is a terrible company, do not use it! They lost our boxes, we paid for £1,000 of insurance and having submitted our receipts and details of over £1,000 worth of goods they lost, they have taken since July to get back to us and now at the end of September they are saying they’ll pay us £50! It’s ridiculous and that was the cost of the extra insurance. Their customer service is atrocious! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My dealings with Parcelcompare probably rate as the worst experience of my life in terms of customer service and delivery but sadly 0 stars is not an option. I sent a parcel to the USA, with all of the documentation and labelling required. I had purchased enhanced cover for the items included. It would appear that Parcelcompare mixed up my parcel with another parcel sent on the same day. My parcel was then sent to the Philippines whilst someone else's parcel destined for the Philippines arrived very promptly at my brother's home in the USA. I have had to send dozens of emails to chase this up. My brother has had to be in touch with Parcelcompare many times to get the Philippines parcel collected from his home so that it could be sent to its true destination. After a month, part of my parcel arrived at my brother's home, after it had spent 3 weeks apparently at customs in the Philippines. The box was different but the internal packaging and a couple of items were still there. The majority of the items were missing. Three months later, I am still £20 in deficit as Parcelcompare processed the refund incorrectly the first time and then still haven't processed the full outstanding balance after further repeated emails. Their offer of a £15 discount on my next parcel is a bad joke - I truly hope that I never have to deal with Parcelcompare again. On the other hand, I feel lucky that Parcelcompare hasn't tried to charge me more - I understand that the person who sent the parcel to the Philippines (with which my parcel was mixed up) was charged an additional excess to his card because my parcel was heavier than his! Imagine actually having to pay for Parcelcompare's error - although at least the contents of his parcel weren't stolen as a result of Parcelcompare's incompetence. I have received no explanation for the error in terms of the parcel mix up and no explanation or apology for the error processing my refund. At best, they're incompetent. At worst, they're scammers.

Have had money taken out of my account after i paid for parcel to USA. The wankers said it was heavier than i said it was. Once they delivered it i was told 3 weeks later i owe them more money. They stole it out of my PayPal account. Don't deal with this robbing company

No stars! Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They overcharge, tell lies about delivery times. No tel. number to call. Insist on paying extra for supposed volume data. Customer support worst ever. Parcels still not arrived, tracking always say "delivery next day".

Hello DHL, Your shipping agent Parcel Compare, I will be taking action against parcel compare soon. You should not be using this shipping agent, that causes a legal liability to you. And I still receive demand for $ last friday night, looks like the program will keep email me until it receive money. And of course, will not be using DHL again as your shipping agent represents DHL and this particular shipping agent is so bad that I even have to file against data protection act of UK. Regards.

Avoid at all costs , better to pay a little more directly with known carriers rather than saving a bit of money here. You will not get the service you expect or pay for.

Hello DHL, Please provide evidence that you have audited the item, as I took item to the post office and confirmed it weights 2.93KG but delivery is 5 months by seamail, hence I used DHL. And weight helght etc... are all correct as measured as local post office. Your shipping agent Parcel Compare wants more $. And I discovered that DHL does not charge extra for shipping to residential areas, but your shipping agent Parcel Compare charged me extra for shipping to London Residential area And you will never be able to get extra $ from me, as I have cancelled this credit card. "We sorry to inform you that DHL has audited your shipment and found that the weight or dimensions you provided to us was inaccurate and this has affected the billable weight that was used to calculate the cost of your shipment. " Even the English is amateurish "We sorry" . You should change to cancel this shipping agent of DHL. This company claims to be a shipping agent of DHL.

I ordered a collection from England for a paddleboard. I made the booking online at around 8am on Friday, and the board was collected shortly after 9am, and delivered safely to myself in Scotland on the following Tuesday. The only frustration I had was the lack of updates when trying to track the parcel but the support department replied to my e-mail within a few hours & was very helpful.

Terrible company. I think they just keep your stuff maybe. Tgey will nor help me at all. I had medicine in my parcel that I needed.and they said there was a problem with the address which there was not. I am ow in spain without my medicine or new clothing etc. Beware of this company.

If I could leave a minus star, I would. They have lost my parcel that I sent to spain .it contained cream that I need for a skin condition along with my new holiday clothes... I am now in spain and I dont have anything with me. I was insured but they won't even talk to me about it. One minute they said thst they had found it and then they just ignored me. Use this company at your own risk.

Two failed collections and various emails to secure refund of fees. No phone number to contact and only generic answers to emails with no way of further discussions. Only refunded when I cancelled which cost £6. There are dozens of reviews similar to mine with the same problems. Avoid this company!

Never use this company, they are shocking and shameful. They damaged my parcel, charged me more for it because it was apparently overweight and oversized and now do not answer my emails at all. Please everyone stay away from these rip off merchants.
