Wich I could give 0 start! EH832705799GB, receive a email from Parcel Force informing that my parcel would be delivered 2 days ago. No further update from their website, and they still didn't reply my complaint form. Don't understand why they send me emails telling lies about the delivery schedule once they are not even trying to deliver: "Your parcel from HONGKONG GEEKBUY INTERNATIONAL will be delivered by Parcelforce on Thursday 4 June 2020" Hate this company, we all should STOP hiring their services IMMEDIATELY AND PERMANENTLY.

Terrible company. Package siting in Depot 8 days it should be delivered on 3 day time. Not using them anymore feels like ordering from China

Promised delivery date not fulfilled - again. Standard Parcelforce service. Stick with UPS, DPD and so on....

I paid my customs fee, was told that parcel would be out thurs, then fri, had email saying I missed the delivery at 930pm fri, was Definate indoors then, called back sat, definate have it by 2pm today, nothing, could have gone and collected it quicker, Won’t use them again useless, I understand about these covid times, but to be told three different days, rubbish

Parcelforce received my package on 28 May and has been sending to different depots around London and customer service unhelpful and unwilling to assist. This is day 3 and the package is still not out for delivery yet delivered to another depot why not just deliver to me! That would be helpful!

Terrible company!!!!it's been twelfth days how I have been waiting for my parcel and I'm still waiting- unbelievable!!!!My parcel everyday leaves depot and can't get to me.Why?They don't know!!!!

Parcel Farce would be a more appropriate name for this shambles of a company. Paid for 48hour delivery, it was posted to me on a Tuesday morning. It arrived a week and two days later on a Thursday evening. Driver claimed delivery was attempted after one week, we were home all day and can safely say that this was a falsehood. I will not be using this company again.

1 & 1/2 days to travel over 300 miles then 5 days to travel the last 100. Would have been quicker brought by someone walking.

Absolute rubbish. No communication, no updates, no parcel in several weeks, even though they've promised to deliver it now three times. All I got was an invoice that I instantly paid. Fool me once...

UNRELIABLE AND DISHONEST!!! If I could leave no stars I would... One star is far too generous! Paid for 4 parcels collection from my house. They never turned up. First time they lied and said customer wasn't there when I checked tracking. They didn't even leave a note in the post if that was the case and I was home anyway so they lied and put it on me! LOL. Rebooked for collection. Courier has still not collected and I tracked online it still says 'COLL REQ ADDED.' Twice I have been let down. Absolute joke! I have had to apologise to my customers who are both still waiting for their parcels to be delivered because of the shortcomings of this company. I highly regret using their services and I will never give myself this stress and headache again. Avoid for your own sanity! I don't even know what's happening as they haven't said I need to rebook. It is now 9.33 so Lord knows what's happening with this company!

Absolutely terrible service. I only chose parcelforce as it was the one Amazon said I had to use for a return. Waited in all day for parcel to be collected, no one showed up. Customer service rep on live chat couldn’t offer any excuse as to why there was a no show. Could also not offer a discount, compensation or any sort of guarantee for another collection. Next collection date is now not for another 5 day’s. Again with no guarantee and just told if it doesn’t turn up “we will just rebook again” If I didn’t have to use them because of amazon I would avoid like the plague. Terrible.

One star is one to many. I would have preferred to leave a no star review. The sender of my parcel paid the extra for Saturday delivery. First thing on Saturday the tracking reads "Prepared for delivery" and it stay like that all day. No parcel delivered. Then once the depot (Ipswich) has closed for the day so I cannot phone them, the tracking mysteriously changes to "Delivered at 10.00 hrs and signed for by me ! Someone just cleared up the mess before going into the bank holiday weekend by putting in a false tracking message to pretend that the Saturday delivery had been fulfilled. An utter disgrace and abuse of the tracking system to cover up for appalling service. Every other carrier is successfully coping with Covid 19 and delivering on their obligations so that excuse will not wash. Any company that attracts only 4% customer recommendation does not deserve to stay in business and frankly the sooner it folds the better, at least then there won't be any danger of any suppliers making the mistake of using them. An embarrassment to our country. Use a German courier if you can and that is hard for me to say. Furious.

Paid £70 for less than 2 kilos package send to Indonesia. Facing the pandemic is awful yet they should be professional in doing their job. No news and the explanation only lip service no clear intention to solve the issue. If they can't send the parcel as they 've promised, please return the parcel to us for god sake! Delete this company from your list!

Another fail by ParcelFARCE. Was expecting delivery express 24, they advised the time slot when this would be delivered, this time it wasn't as bad as usual, only one hour late. But the delivery should have been 2 boxes, I only got the one with (2of2) written on it. Tracking tells me the other one is out for delivery today, I suspect they will take the other back to the depot. Yet another disaster from this pitiful company.
