"Can not believe the stress they\u2019ve put me through! I ordered something from France for a friend, it got to the UK no problem, then it arrived at Parceforce depot, they attempted to deliver twice, leaving a card, tried calling the number numerous times, was left hanging for hours (no exaggeration) didn\u2019t get to speak to anyone, told over and over to go to their website and book a redelivery, which I did 3 times, to be safe, redirected to my post office. Nothing, except when I check tracking, there\u2019s a photo of a random parcel, at a random front door, signed by complete stranger! 2 weeks since first delivery attempt and I get a letter saying they have a parcel held at depot 40 min drive from me, and to call to arrange redelivery!!\r\nNo answer, so I drive up there in the pouring rain, where a lady handed me my parcel within 2 mins, like she had it ready! No explanation, nothing\u2026\r\nPhotos show random large parcel, and then actual small parcel that they attempted to deliver."

"If I could rate this experience with Parcelforce 0stars, I would! \r\nWhat an absolute shamble of a service from waiting on the phone every time I called them for 50 minutes before speaking with someone and that\u2019s 17 times I\u2019ve had to call them due to them holding onto my international package sent from my mother in law in the Caribbean for a hole 19 days! Then they notified me that the box was damaged (clearly their fault) then they lose my box within their warehouse in Coventry and then call me to ask me to call my mother in law overseas to get the description of the box and the contents. I was LIVID! \r\nThen it took them 6 days to \u201cfind it\u201d and then \u201crepair it\u201d and then another 11 days for the status to update on their system that it\u2019s sorted. I actually received this box on the 20th August, when this box actually arrived in their warehouse on 1st August!!!! \r\n\r\nWhen I opened my box items were missing and damaged to say the least, they actually took eveythig out of the original box that was sent and slumped everything into one of their Royal Mail bags everything all messed up and damaged. I have never had such an awful experience like this with any other company ever. This has to be the WORST BY FAR! I will never use them. \r\n\r\nSo I have logged a complaint with their rubbish \u201cescalation teams\u201d and for all the times I\u2019ve had to call (17 times) they want to offer me \u00a320??!! I told them to keep my complaint open and escalate it further! I am SO ANGRY!"

"Parcel Force your drivers are liars! Stating attempted delivery when they haven\u2019t been anywhere near your house, made worse by the fact a premium has been paid to receive my item on a Sunday. I have a Ring doorbell, don\u2019t waste your time telling lies just be honest: your driver ran out of time and couldn\u2019t be bothered to deliver."

"Absolutely horrible service.\r\nI called 4 times already as they kept \u201cattempting\u201d to deliver my parcel, when in fact no one has ever knocked at my door, called me to inform me that they are coming to deliver it now, and not even left a card as they claimed. Since 19\/02\/2025 till 25\/02\/2025 they are telling me they have been trying to deliver my parcel everyday, but I was not home to open. Ridiculous service! I called to tell them this and asked to leave my parcel at the local post office so this charade finishes, however they \u201ctried\u201d to deliver to my home address again when I clearly requested not to have this again. \r\nIf you can, avoid at all costs!"
