“Further to my previous review 18th November. Still no sign of shoes which were ordered 21st October, (now 4th December). If the company were to contact us to explain the situation it wouldn't be so bad. We have noticed that online shoppers are leaving mostly poor reviews, so would advise shopping in-store, and forget their online site.”

“This is the second time I have paid for next day delivery but have not received goods on specified time. Pavers should not charge for this service if they cannot guarantee next day delivery.”

“Visited the Cleethorpes store and found a good range of men’s shoes, very helpful and friendly staff, found some very smart best shoes for a very reasonable price, would recommend anyone to go for a look round before trying anywhere else.”

“Ordered shoes 21st October, (now 18th November) Paid standard delivery £2.99 advertised as 3-5 days delivery, then told please allow additional 7 days for the item to be delivered. Contacted Pavers twice and told should be dispatched within 24 hours. Phoned Pavers again today, to be told shoes probably not in country yet, and that they expected them in 15th December. Why have i been charged £2.99 delivery for this so called service. NOT HAPPY.”

“Very friendly helpful staff at West Bromwich branch. There is always a staff member available to assist customers. Never shop anywhere else for mine or huband's shoes, who usually manages to can a bargain.”

“A big thankyou to Alison at Pavers in Chepstow Garden centre. I brought my friend in her wheelchair to try on shoes and was so grateful to the staff for their kindness and extreme patience. We musthave left 15 pairs of shoes and boxes for the staff repack when we left, but they were so happy to help. Thankyou all, but especially Alison.”

“Still no shoes after almost 4 weeks beware they hardly answer your emails .asked for a refund 2 weeks ago as shoes wern't going to be here on time. Said shipping 5 to 7 days..they said they had been shipped so they couldn't refund. After sending emails I finally got an email to say they were shipped 2 weeks later.”

“Shame the only extra wide fitting footwear doesn't appear to include boots. Dual or multi fitting look so old fashioned. There are some lovely styles but unfortunately nothing for arthritic feet”

“I have bought pavers shoes for a few years now which have been ok but four weeks ago I bought a pair of zip up trainer type shoes and a pair of slippers - both pairs of which I have worn. However, somehow it seems that the padding on the inside heel Part has made the underside of my heels quite sore, making it difficult for me to walk when I have to put pressure on them. Have you changed the formula of the padding or is it just me?”

“I took my sister in law to the pavers shop at Dobbies, Lasswade as she needs wide fitting shoes. We were served by Karen who was absolutely brilliant. She took the time needed to find the perfect pair of shoes needed. She was very patient, polite and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Karen, Pavers should feel priveledged to have you as a member of their organistaion.”

“I was served by Hazel Stephens in the Shrewsbury store. I have difficulty finding shoes as I have nerve problems in my feet. I must say Hazel went out of her way to find me a pair of Sketcher slippers to fit my feet. I tried on quite a number of shoe/slippers before I found a pair that suited my requirements. I am very pleased with my purchase and felt I must praise and thank Hazel for her assistance. She made me a very delighted customer. Thank you I shall be telling all my friends what a good store Pavers is.”

“Ordered some navy blue penny loafers and paid extra for delivery today Today I get an email saying my order was cancelled due to them being unavailable! They were in stock when I ordered them. Now told j have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund! Got cut off when calling customer service. Tried again when I got home. Customer Services line now closed. Shocking customer service by this website.”
