Ordered online after eight days no boots so chased blamed post office but said delivery would be by the end of the week not received when contacted via online chat message acknowledged but they are only available mon/Tuesday 10 to 4 obviously not properly set up to handle internet sales recently bought some walking boots from Evesham branch staff really helpful as they they have been on previous visits but certainly won’t use Pavers again.

Ordered slippers over 4 weeks ago - still waiting for them. Have phoned but after waiting on hold in a queue for over 5 minutes - only option you were given was to leave a message. Have emailed chasing but don't expect a reply anytime soon. Will be too late for Christmas present!

Bought a pair of leather boots 3 months ago. Soles on both came away. Took them back to the shop in Bury. Surly manageress asked if I had waterproofed them . I said I had. She said they were wet! They weren't, just cold from carrying them in a bag. Cold outside. Reluctantly agreed to exchange them. I am 72 she made me feel uncomfortable. I have bought several pairs of shoes from this shop. Think I'll try somewhere else next time. Genuine complaint. No apology, just very rude.

Was told by shop employee that Pavers don't do waterproof shoes or boots. They are fashion shoes. I bought a pair of boots online a while ago and they are useless in wet weather. Feet get soaked.

I had a wonderful morning at the Pavers Dept at Armstrongs Mill, Shepshed Leics. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of their stock. I was able to find shoes containing beautiful soft leather that are perfect for my feet, especially the pair that was the same style exactly as the pair that I bought 3 years ago from the same shop and at a bargain price. I have found the quality to be excellent and hard wearing. I thoroughly recommend Pavers lovely, comfortable fitting shoes. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

We ordered a pair of shoes before lockdown. Obviously we couldn’t collect them.Contacted them when they opened and was assured of a refund. We still have had no refund. Please check if you are in the same boat.

Very 'customer aware' service in the Pavers Shop at Clacton-on-sea. Having checked the shelves and been unable to find the slippers I was searching for, the assistant who came over and asked if she could help in any way, went directly to the shelves and identified the slipper in the size I required. Not only was she pro-active in being aware that I might need help, she was also very knowledgeable about the stock. Very impressed.

Ordered some slippers as a present paid for them and 24 hour delivery 5 working days later still waiting for them. They are still in Yorkshire Post office. Rang up and Sarah on the phone has a right attitude. Won't be buying or dealing with them again, poor stock levels at most shops too. What poor way to run a company. Shambles. Save yourself the stress and don't bother with them.

Already published review on an order placed for slippers back in May,which never arrived, despite assurances the second time that they would. Eventually after writing direct to the Managing Director,I got a refund of the monies paid, but no explanation apart from they were not coming directly from the Pavers warehouse? Now I get bombarded with emails from Pavers saying special offers, order online! Do you think I will ever order off them again online?????? Think not,put them down as spam

Disappointing yet again. . This company needs to get its act together ! For the second time Pavers have not followed the Trade description act 1968. They show pictures of shoes then send ones that are different to the pictures on the website. They first did this in March 2019 then again in May 2020. They are not learning and it puts me off ordering from them. It is particularly difficult under lockdown to send them back and no refund until they are returned. In both cases I ordered a black sole and they sent beige.

Pavers shoes are no longer the quality they used to be one's I have purchased over the past 18months have ended up in the bin the materials used on the soles just fall apart with very little wear.I purchased a pair of expensive waterproof boots with non slip soles holes & a split appeared in the soles & the soles were parting company from the uppers poor quality the shoe repair shop said they have noticed the quality is no longer what it used to be in pavers shoes - not fit for purpose - I won't be buying or recommending them again very disappointed

I bought a pair of Pavers 'ReLife' shoes and they are, by far, the worst pair of shoes I've ever owned! The fit was good in the shop but within the first few wears it became apparent that there was a flaw as one side was continually rubbing on the heel. On inspection I noticed there was a hard band just below the lip of the heel which wasn't so apparent on the opposite shoe. This caused quite bad rubbing on my heel to the point of bleeding. Clearly a flaw with the shoe due to poor manufacturing and quality control. I will never buy another pair of Pavers.

They have to be the most ignorant retailers I’ve ever come across. Deadly silent.. no explanation at all.

Bought a pair of boots from a Paver subsidiary, Jones Bootmaker. After an hour or so in light to moderate rain, the boots which I had had for a week, were soaked. I went to Jones Bootmaker to complain and return the substandard product. I was told by the staff and the customer advice people that the boots had not been sold as waterproof. They weren’t even water resistant. I complained that the sodden boots were not fit for purpose-all to no avail. Pavers and Jones and staff are terrible.

I take a size 2 shoe and I am most grateful that Pavers still sell size 2. Today I visited Wilton Pavers and to my delight there was a selection of size 2 shoes to choose from. A real treat!! I have visited a number of Pavers stores and alway found the staff most helpful and patient with my small feet. Please do NOT stop selling size 2 as so many shops it is really difficult to buy comfortable, well fitting shoes at a very reasonable price. Thank you. I am now looking for a pair of low boots with Velcro rather than zips as I find the zip boots too tight. I am told there are none in stock at the moment but the assistant gave me a number to enquire in 2/3 weeks time so I am hoping to be fortunate.
