“My conversations with Mike were helpful and professional. He was able to offer suggestions and answered our questions. We placed an order for a “custom” measured unit with added lighting and a remote. We are looking forward to seeing our piece when it gets delivered. We hope the entire pedestal looks good as the sample we picked.”

“I contacted the customer service number and spoke to Mike. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to address an issue I had with the cost of shipping. He then sent me an email with new information in which I was very pleased.”

“I have never had an experience like this one before! The entire process was superb. They even send me a video of my product when it was completed before it shipped. The pedestal arrived safely, well packed and beautifully built. Makes my mediocre sculpture look way better thanit is! Cant wait to finish another sculpture so that I can buy another pedestal! Dont hesitate to buy from this company.”

“The product was perfect, manufactured as advertised. Only one problem. It was packaged well, bomb proof shipping, however, it was stated that the package was 51 pounds and I was charged 3 plus hundred dollars for freight. Upon receiving it I weighed it and it was 22.5 pounds, I was charged for 28 pounds extra, I brought this to their attention and I got a $50 credit. I felt it wasn't enough. I've lived in Hawaii 45 years and no shipping costs and was overcharged at least $150 Might rethink ordering again.”
