“I purchased 5 of the pedestals and they’ve been perfect. Good craftsmanship and the ordering process was tons of fun as they send you a video of your pedestals right before they pack them up to ship. I own a small high-end winery and use the peristalsis to showcase our best wines.”

“We have ordered 5 pedestals from Pedestal Source, all for various sculptures. The workmanship is superb. Four pedestals are black laminate and one is cherry veneer. The four black ones are squares of various heights and the wood one is a cylinder. These have been ordered over a 5-7 year time-frame. We keep going back to Pedestal Source because you get quality for your money, prompt service, and the exact item you ordered.”

“What a pleasure to have found such a reliable, quality driven business on the internet. We paid for us a goodly sum for a sculpture, something we had wanted in our living space for years, but had never found the right one. Once we did, we needed a place to show it off, and the pedestal we purchased met every expectation, including the promised price, and was delivered when promised. Can't want much more, and rarely get it.”

“Website was very easy to use. I received exactly what I was expecting. High quality walnut look. Placed a plant on top of it and it makes the plant look really important. Hi Pamela –– that's terrible! Let's right this wrong. Our apologies for whatever part we played in this debacle. I checked in our archives and our records show a verified delivery from FedEx to the address you provided on 12/17/18 ("Left at front door. Signature service not requested."). Which means we definitely built and shipped it, but it doesn't necessarily mean you actually received it. Doorstep theft is a real thing, to be sure. If you contacted us at the time, please recall for me the process so we can better understand what gaps we've left in our system. And are you still in need of that Black Satin Pedestal 18 x 18 x 36"? Thanks for helping us resolve the issue! Best, Seth
