“The part I bought (girth) was a replacement for a part my dog has worn for the last 7 years. Fitted perfectly, though I bought the same size as the last one, rather than the larger size suggested for her girth measurement. I'm hoping this one will last as long as the first one!”

“Ours dogs and ourselves love these , unfortunately my Beau does she s eaten 3 ! Now if alone we remove , other than that they are fab ! Can you make chew proof ??”

Thank you for the review, Darren. Unfortunately, there are few materials that would withstand a dog's teeth and still be comfortable for them. Indeed, they can make light work of a shoe! 🤣 It sounds as if you are doing the right thing by not leaving Beau alone with it. We do advise that dogs are supervised at all times whilst wearing the harness.

“Excellent customer service to help with amending an order and sending a replacement. Only downside is having to pay for return of the pieces that are too large.”

Thank you for the review, Joanne 😊 It is great to hear that you found the exchange service helpful in achieving the best fit for your pup. As we pay the postage for any extra pieces to be sent out to try and do not ask for payment upfront for these, we do ask the customer to cover the cost of returning any unwanted items. However, the most important thing to us is that as many dogs as possible have safe and comfortable harnesses, so, if this is a problem, we will usually be able to do something for you.

“This is the first harness my puppy has not tried to chew or wriggle out of! I’m assuming this is because it’s so comfy and easy to get on and off. Great product and customer service.”

“It truly is the Perfect harness! I live in the US and found this through IG. I have tried many different harnesses with my dogs and non have been perfect. I also have a dog who doesn’t like anything going over her head. All 3 dogs have been comfortable and happy in thier new harnesses. Highly recommend!”

“An excellent company to deal with. Excellent customer service where you get to speak with a real human without longwinded automation. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size of harness for my puppy and Jake was extremely helpful, sending me various sizes to try and then I sent back the excess. First class and will definitely be recommending.”

“Bought as Christmas present for my daughter's dog, so not able to fit it yet. Just hope if it not the right fit at Christmas that I will still be able to exchange? Couldn't give proper star rating, but field was required to submit comment so went down the middle.”

“As always great communication and advice from the team. I bought this for my sons dog as I purchased 2 for my own dogs 7 years ago and still in great working order despite lots of machine wash’s. Highly recommend”

“Amazing, my dog is a rescued crossbreed of about 10 different breeds so his shape is not standard and all previous harnesses have either limited his range of motion on his front legs or have sat on the wrong part of back. It is so refreshing to have one that fits him perfectly and allows him to move freely. He used to have some avoidance of the harness going of his head , lip licking and a shake off after but this harness eliminates us even having to do that, we now just clip around his head. He is not avoidant of this harness and it makes me so happy. Can’t wait to buy more colours for him.”

“Prior to ordering, the team were extremely helpful and friendly, answered all of my questions and gave a recommendation on sizing for my puppy. The harness was dispatched quickly and arrived promptly, and is well made. It's super adjustable and fits my pup perfectly (with plenty of adjustment left for him to grow in to). It's easy to put on and take off, and little Hank moves freely and comfortably whilst wearing it. Being a dachshund, I like that it allows free movement of his front legs and doesn't put a strain on his neck/back. Ideal, just what I've been looking for (it's my third attempr harness in 4 weeks 😂) - will be sticking with PerfectFit going forwards!”
