“The customer service was outstanding, received good help & advice before ordering. When we came to order, our colour choice was out of stock, again customer service stepped in & advised when it would be available, they then contacted us again to let us know it was back in stock. The harness & lead arrived very quickly and it’s a perfect fit from using the sizing guide. The quality is excellent & our big fella is very happy!”

“Very speedy service. Harness fits OK but it seems the black fleece isn't colour fast and our has dyed the fur at the front of our dog's neck when wet. Minor problem though!”

Thank you for your feedback, it's much appreciated. It is unusual to get colour transfer form the harness, even when wet, so we could be happy to discuss this further with you and do some trouble shooting.

“Fits nicely and does not have to go over the head which can be a challenge! The Fleece Lead completes excellent comfort combined with good control.”

“Best harness we've tried. Easy to put on, looks super comfy and our dog has never escaped from it unlike other brands. This was the second one of these harnesses we'vebought. The first is still going strong - we just decided a spare was necessary for winter to allow drying time between walks!”

“Very clever idea to have harness in three bits to achieve the perfect fit for any dog. Nice choice of colours too. Very soft material underneath which avoids chaffing which is crucial for dogs comfort.”

“I have nothing but positive comments to make about PerfectFit. I was given plenty of help and advice from the time I rang the office making enquiries about the type of harness most suitable for my dog to receiving my purchase 3-4 days later. The harness is very well made and my seems comfortable in it. Thank you”

“Wow, you're not kidding: it was a perfect fit, right out of the bag. Our newly adopted skittish shelter dog didn't balk when I put it on her, because it doesn't have to go over her head. First walk was a pleasure of loose leash walking. Love it!”

“This is the second perfect fit harness I’ve bought and it really is fab! My dog is a springador and really puts this harness through its paces, pulling, swimming and generally getting up to mischief. I know he’s 100% secure in this, and the customer service is fantastic too!”

“I ordered 2 harnesses size M. They did not fit my dogs so I sent them back for an exchange and waited 3 weeks heard nothing so I chased them up and they said they hadn’t received them. I found the tracking details which they had signed for them. I got told they were still in the returns process so in the end I just asked for a refund. I was told my refund had been processed and would take 2 days. I’ve waited over a week and still no refund. I would not order from this company.”
