“The harness was received perfect and in good condition. Only paying the customs fees caused problems. Lots of spam from FedEx and UPS.”

Ordering from one of our EU based wholesalers would avoid long delivery times and additional customs charges. “What a fabulous company .Customer service were so helpful.I had ordered a wrong size for our pooch. I rang customer services who could not have been more helpful by sending out to me the next day 3 replacement pieces to get a correct fit . I am blown away by their service. Thank you Perfect Fit”

“I was recommended to you by cotswold dog spa as my lovely Freddie is having physiotherapy and hydrotherapy with them at Hartpury. Freddie is recovering from front leg surgery and I needed a new harness . I am delighted with it .thankyou very much.”

“Well designed, comfortable harness with great customer service. Needed a smaller size for one of the parts, I emailed requesting it one evening and the next morning it had been dispatched and arrived the next day. Dog definitely seems to prefer it over her old harness. 1 year old female bernese at 35kg, fits XL top, L girth and M front with still plenty of room if she grows anymore.”

“Ordered by phone and spoke to absolutely lovely staff member. I needed to replace part of my harness and he was correct with his advice. Next day delivery free of charge. Product very good.”

“The harness is Perfect I got it for my 9 months old cocker spaniel (working) because he has a wide chest and short legs so it’s hard to find a harness that works he had one before and it felt as if it was about to break every time he pulled but this one’s strong and it doesn’t rub under his arms and the cold goes great with his collar and lead very happy 😄 would recommend”

“Harness fits perfectly and was delivered very quickly. We have 4 dogs - 3 now have perfect fit harnesses and the 4th will soon have one. These harnesses last for years and it’s great that if necessary individual parts can be replaced.”
