“The product and customer service was outstanding. Our dogs harness wasn’t quite the right fit for him so contacted the team for some advice. They got back to me so quickly and were so very helpful. Won’t be ordering a harness form anywhere else from now on!”

“Jake was very friendly and helpful and Honey’s Harness is‘Perfect’ as it doesn’t have to go over her head which see hated, her tracker is nearly the same Pink and that fits on it to, all in all the service was brilliant, the delivery was next day and Jake even recommended a company that does coats. Lovely lovely people and Perfect harness. Thankyou”

“Freddie loves his new harness, it's so comfy and tailored to fit him. I'm going to get some different colours so we can ring the changes, and the best bit is I only need to buy the one piece, as the rest of the harness stays the same. Very helpful with advice on fitting too. Brilliant, thanks.”

“My dog was a bit bigger than I estimated but the customer service I received from Gemma was above any expectation. Not only did she send me out additional pieces but no charge. Amazing. I’m working with a behavioural specialist and this harness gives me more control and is really comfy for my dog. I would recommend to everyone”

“We’ve used a perfect fit harness since our pup was able to go on walks & as he’s grown we are now on our third harness , we will always use a perfect fit ! Customer service is 100% , cannot fault them ! 🐾”

“Customer Services were extremely helpful in helping me chose the correct sizing. The harnesses are perfect and of great quality. We also ordered matching leads, again they feel soft to the hand and very sturdy and strong.”
