“I love this harness, it's the second one I have purchased. We normally use slip leads as we have gun dogs. Archie is now retired so we decided that he should have comfort in his old age. He seems to love it and we love the fact that it doesn't drag over his head and just clips on the sides.”

“Great service and vg product. I’m on my 2nd after trying various other brands and PerfectFit beats them hands down for comfort, fit, durability and customer service. Only bought a 2nd one to change colour! 10/10, thank you!!”

“Excellent harness strong but comfortable for dog. I have a 50kg boy who is strong on the lead and will lunge sometimes this harness together with the double ended lead is perfect for holding him. Superb customer service”

“How my girl's first Perfect Fit harness has gone missing I don't know but was pleased to find that the fitting details of it were there on the website for me to order a replacement. No doubt number one will turn up now that we have our lovely, bright brand new one but so useful to have two anyhow. Comfy, lots of adjustments and wonderful colours :)”

“Ordered a replacement chest section for my dog's harness (worn out after 3 years of dachshund in mud/sea water/scraping on the ground. Great customer service and quick delivery. As always, recommending to dog owners who have an escape artist!”

“We have been using multiple PerfectFit harnesses over the last 10 years (one for each dog) and they last us years. We don't do it, but we could easily re-use the old harnesses for the next pooch. We were surprised to have a failing clip recently (as we usually find these harnesses to be extremely durable) but the customer support was quick and deliberate about replacing the top when I asked them about it. We live outside the UK but regardless the new top came quickly, well packaged and the problem is solved. I honestly think we will be using PerfectFit for many more years (and dogs!) to come! Would recommend 100/10! Also BIG shout out to Jen at customer support, she was polite, decisive and very quick to respond. If only all customer support could be like this!”

“Bought 2 harnesses unfortunately l ordered the wrong colour for one of my dogs not a problem customer service was excellent promptly dispatched the colour l wanted.Great to be able to talk to someone. The quality of the harness is very good l would highly recommend.”

“These are the only harnesses we’ll put on our dogs (2 Staffy’s). They fit them great, don’t rub or hurt them in any way and when one of them is a little bit pully the double ended ended lead stops it. We can’t recommend these enough and the customer service is awesome 🙂”

“My PerfectFit Harness is a perfect fit. I rang to discuss size as I wasn't too sure and Lucy couldn't have been more helpful and her suggestion was perfect. The Harness is extremely well made easy to fit and my JRT is very comfortable wearing it. Would highly recommend PerfectFit.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. I followed the guide for measuring which was simple & easy to do. Once the harness arrived I emailed photos to customer service for them to check the fit, which is a brilliant service to offer. After I altered as recommended it was perfect for my puppy and can easily altered as she grows. I’d highly recommend and I’m going to order a matching lead”

“These harnesses do exactly what they say on the box ... they are a perfect fit. We have a very reactive dog who is an ongoing process of training and the only problem is he managed to break one of the buckles but we have two of the harnesses now and it makes walking him a lot safer as he definitely cannot escape from them. They are very well made and the process of getting the correct fit is made very easy by the friendly and helpful staff.”

“Very helpful staff. Good old-fashioned proper customer service that is sadly lacking in most companies these days. Good product. Such a good idea being able to mix and match the different parts of the harness to get the right fit.”

“As my dog is just 9 months old I emailed for help with sizing to allow for growth. The advice I was given is a good fit with room adjustment as he continues to grow. Good customer service. Hopefully he won't grow much more, but, I know I can buy bits of the harness and not have to shell out for another full harness.”

Thank you, Sally! Yes, you will be able to just upgrade individual sections of the harness if you need to as he 'bulks out'. If you are unsure of which piece(s) could do with changing up, so just get in touch if you would like any advice on this in the future :)
