“I bought a harness a few years ago and loved it. Unfortunately I have recently had an issue with it. Called customer service and they had a replacement sent right out- no questions asked. Brilliant customer service! Thank you!”

“I already have a PerfectFit harness but it was getting snug around my dog's chest girth. Live chatted with an associate and found I could purchase the single piece. I also asked which size I should upgrade to and was recommended the size to use. Very happy with my whole online experience.”

“Customer service here is excellent. The harness did not fit my pup but replacement parts in other sizes were sent out straight away which is great. The harness is OK. I think my boy still needs to grow into it as currently there is no 'perfect' combination of parts that can be adjusted to fit him perfectly. For example yesterday he backed up and managed to pull the entire thing clean off over his head, which concerns me a bit.... However product seems to be well made and I've heard great things so fingers crossed once he's grown a bit more it really will be perfect.”

“Excellent product and service, the harness arrived very quickly. It would be nice to have a choice of colour for the sections, not just black as all the white dog hairs stick to the black areas.”

“I have spent so much money on various walking aids from head collar,half check collar, and now was recommended this harness unfortunately nothing works this is a good harness but unfortunately my dog still pulls”

Thank you for your feedback, Amanda. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your dog pulling. Although the super soft fleece lining and design of the PerfectFit Harness is often sufficient to encourage a dog not to pull, as there are no more choking sensations around the throat or sharp edges rubbing against its skin, it is not an 'anti-pull' harness as such. It may be helpful to make use of the extra D-ring on the front section of the harness which can be used with a double ended lead for more steering control and can be a helpful tool to use alongside positive reinforcement during loose-lead training.

“I enquired about sizing for my 14 week old puppy. I had a perfect fit harness from my previous dog that was still in good condition but way too big at present. They helped me with finding the right sizes that would fit with parts of my current harness with growing room and its fits my puppy perfectly and still able to use parts of my old harness and able to mix and match as she grows! Perfect fit harness couldn't be a better name for them! Thank you”

“Perfectfit are midrange price harnesses and worth the extra money. The modular design means they fit perfectly as you can mix and match each component according to the build of your dog. Soft fabric means they are comfortable for your dog, but despite this the fabric and seams are incredibly strong. My dog pulls like a steam train but the harness stands up to the strain completely. I love the fact that they are easily washable and dry very quickly and of course there's a great range of colours.”

“A very comfortable, perfect fit harness. No other harness fits my Bichon Frise like this harness. The soft fleece is so comfortable. Customer Service is exceptional. Highly recommend this company.”

“We tried this harness when our dog was a pup , now at 3 it is still the only one we use . We like that it comes in 3 separate parts so we can fit it perfectly for our dog . Customer services have always been helpful and friendly with getting the right fit and it’s never an issue if we’ve had to return a part if not the right size”
