“The harness and lead arrived pretty much on time but no sign of any instructions to go with it. I know the guy said to get in touch, but I called my vet and took Bruno and the harness down to them and they fitted it and said what a good fit it was. So far we are very pleased with the harness.”

“Large 2yr old Cocker spaniel. PerfectFit provided guidance on size as website size tool has bugs. The 20mm M-S-L harness is the best harness we have used to date. Very well made. Great fit. Comfortable, soft lining. Useful d-rings top and front for training and reducing pulling. Highly recommend.”

Thank you for your feedback, David. The size calculator will usually ask you to give us a call if your pup's measurement is at the upper end of the expected range, just so that we can make sure we are recommending the right fit :) It is great to hear that you are happy with your new hanress!

“Customer service here is excellent. The harness did not fit my pup but replacement parts in other sizes were sent out straight away which is great. The harness is OK. I think my boy still needs to grow into it as currently there is no 'perfect' combination of parts that can be adjusted to fit him perfectly. For example yesterday he backed up and managed to pull the entire thing clean off over his head, which concerns me a bit.... However product seems to be well made and I've heard great things so fingers crossed once he's grown a bit more it really will be perfect.”

“The tiny perfect fit1 is a lovely harness the only problem I have with it is because its so small the clips are small & having arthritis in my fingers find them awkward to do up & undo other than that i cant fault it”

“Very pleased with the purchased harness. My only reservation is that the “girth strap “ could be reflective to match the reflective top piece.”

“Great customer service, harness is very good quality and looks like there’s room for Bobby to grow. He’s a puppy so growing fast ! I was initially shocked by the price as he’s a puppy but if it’s just a case of replacing one element it’s not too bad. Postage is a big steep and it would have been better to be able to go and try the harness on and also save on postage. On the whole pleased with harness which works well for my Cavi. Shame it’s not crash tested as I now have to go through the same process to find a good quality harness for when he’s big enough to ride in a booster in the car.”

It's just great to hear that you are happy with the quality of Bobby's harness and that the team looked after you well. The harness has been designed as a walking harness with the dog's complete comfort and safety in mind. Unfortunately, we found that crash testing the harness would mean the design of it would have to be changed so significantly that the comfort and safety for walking would be compromised. It may also be helpful to know, for when your lovely Cavi's harness requires upgrading, that we have stockist all over the country who you can visit in person. “So far so good with the harness. Fits nicely and the fleece padding is nice. Only problem we have (which is not the harnesses fault), is that the piece that goes across dogs tummy gets soaking on each walk (he is a cocker spaniel so is quite close to the ground). So we are having to spin it dry in the washing machine between each walk.”

“I had ordered the wrong size initially and I contacted perfect fit so I could return them and order the next Size. The lovely Gilly told me not to send anything back just yet and she sent me out the next size the very next day. Really great customer service thank you”

“It took a while to fit but once sorted appears to be comfy and secure. However it did come off when it got snagged on a fence and we had a frightening moment whilst we caught our dog and then untangled the harness and lead from the fence. No idea how he got out of it as it appears to fit snuggly and well. as his previous harness fitted over his head I am sure that would have come off as well.”

“Very speedy service. Harness fits OK but it seems the black fleece isn't colour fast and our has dyed the fur at the front of our dog's neck when wet. Minor problem though!”

“I found the staff very helpful on the phone, telling me that if the front of the harness was to go down in size the girth would most likely need to increase, and sending parts to try before I returned the original pieces. I would have liked a diagram of the top of the dog in the instruction leaflet as I had put the top of my dog's harness on the wrong way around and only realised on seeing the photos of the dogs in this review email.”
