“I have contacted the Perfect Fit team several times over the last month regarding sizing for my two dogs. They have responded very quickly to enquiries and have been exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. As a result I have two perfectly fitted harnesses. The quality is amazing and the design superb. I would not hesitate to recommend.”

“So useful to be able to replace each part of this excellent harness when necessary. My Border terrier needs different sizes for each of the three parts to achieve a truly 'Perfect Fit'! So useful.”

“Brilliant. I have a sheltie and I love the way that you can just replace the one part that goes round his neck. The rest of the harness was fine, but because his ruff has grown so much, the smaller one was too tight. So I just replaced that one part and now it is really good.”

“There's good customer service and then there's PerfectFit customer service - which is absolutely exceptional. Their harnesses are quite complicated to work out (we discovered we'd been using ours the wrong way around...) BUT that's where their speed of response, flexibility and helpfulness comes in - to explain everything and make sure you get EXACTLY the right size for your doggo. Highly impressed and highly recommend.”

“Used perfect since my girl was a little pup and 4 years on, she’s still wearing it. Over the years, we’ve changed parts and apart from the fantastic quality of the harness, what is equally fantastic is the customer service. They are not only quick in replying but so honest. If your dog does not need to change a part, they will tell you. Such honesty is rare these days. Thank you PerfectFit for being so bloomin’ brilliant!!”

“Fantastic service. I ordered a wrong piece and a replacement was sent immediately even though they wouldn't have got the returned part back yet. Really quick to respond in a helpful manner. And the harness and lead are lovely. Thank you.”

“My 3 dogs have all worn Perfect Fit harnesses. The best thing is being able to get separate sections as your dog grows or the get damaged.”

“What a fantastic company Perfect Fit Harness are. I am absolutely delighted with the two harness's I have purchased. They are so comfortable for my dogs. I got the size wrong but customer services were so very helpful and sent out quickly the extra bits I needed. Highly recommended.”

“I'll admit I was slightly dubious at first that with one measurement and a couple of photos the team could advise on sizing for a growing and active puppy. The fit provided was soooo close to perfect and the team, who clearly all love dogs themselves, so helpful in working out if it could be even better, that I'm happy to admit I was wrong!”
