“Customer service with PerectFit is exeptional. We were not sure the first harness we ordered was a perfect fit, so they sent us various other parts so we could make up a harness to fit.”

“This is the 2nd bought my 3rd is on order, got one for my cocker puppy, purchasing a further 2 for my chihuahuas, lovely and comfy, nice colors I've now got red, yellow which is more luminous green, and I'm awaiting a jade harness too, the only thing I suggest the company does is ditch the plastic envelopes and go to paper.”

“Customer service is so good. I ordered the wrong size and got a replacement very very quickly. The harness is fantastic. It fits brilliantly and with the front and back D-rings it makes it easier to walk our pooch.”

“The customer service I have received from PerfectFit has been excellent. The harness I ordered has been great but unfortunately I had an issue with the matching lead. After contacting customer service, the issue was dealt with immediately and rectified. Just brilliant. I would definitely recommend the harness and the company.”

“Harnesses are very comfortable for dogs especially small ones. Recently replaced existing Perfect Fit harnesses that have been in use for 7+ years but this time with coloured ones. We and our dogs love them”

“Great adjustable harness and comfortable for my dog. Love that it doesn’t have to go over his head as he doesn’t like that! Customer service was excellent. Knocking off 2 stars as paid £25 for the Paco pouch and after just 6 or so months of use, the faux leather is cracked and peeling, plus the back loops for the strap are coming off.”

“What an amazing company! They were so very helpful in making sure I got the correct size of harness for my dog, and now we have one that fits " perfectly " ( no pun intended!), I am absolutely delighted with it. It's very well made and it's obvious that everything is designed for the comfort of the dog first and foremost . I would recommend this harness- and the very knowledgeable and helpful team- to anyone.”

“We have had 9 dogs, 6 of which were CKC spaniels. This is the first time that I have purchsed a PerfectFit harness at the recommendation of someone in our dog training course. I am so glad she did! The harness arrived the following day but I found that it was a bit too loose as Dylan is in the cusp of 2 sizes. I spoke to Jake who sorted out the problem immediately and the replacement 2 parts arrived the next day. It is so good to be able to speak to an actual 'human' and I am so impressed with their customer service which I think is second to none!”

“Lovely soft bit robust harness. My dog ran away from his old harness because it wasn't very comfortable but waits for me to put his Perfect fit on. Walks are now more enjoyable and fun. Love the idea that you don't have to replace the whole thing, just the piece you need to change. Great concept and customer service”

“This is the harness I have been looking for for my wayward puppy who is taking his first walks out. It goes on him without any worrying need to go over the head. It fits perfectly and I love the fact that I can buy larger pieces as he grows. It is safe, secure and has helped us achieve the walks he is now loving. Thank you.”

“I always use Perfectfit harnesses for my 2 Chihuahuas. They fit so well, are comfortable & very secure- they can’t back out of them. They come in lovely colours too. The sizing is a little complicated but staff are always really helpful advising which bit you need next. Photograph is Mortimer aged 1”

“So much better than the previous harness we had for our EP, which was cnstantly working loose and slipping. It was also quite bulky and she'd run and hide whenever we went to put it on ! She absoulutely loves her PerfectFit harness and it's clearly a lot more comfotable for her. My only negative comment would be that the front ring is a little too small. Much more use if it was the same size as the top ring.”
