“My puppy is very comfortable in her new harness. It was great to have friendly advice on what harness to buy and quick response when I sent pictures to see if the harness was a correct fit. Feel like I’ve had a very personalised service. Highly recommend.”

“I have used Perfect Fit harnesses for years. They are excellent for my lurchers with their deep chests because of the flexibilty of the system. You can also just replace one piece if necessary.”

“The Perfect Fit harness lives up to its name! Adjustable, comfy, and secure – it fits Archie’s deep chest perfectly without rubbing. The front clip gives us control for squirrel chases and the top back clip is great for easy walks. Solid build, washes well, and no complaints from Archie.”

“Very tiny harness arrived. I phoned and was told bigger 'parts' would arrive. It's quite an expensive harness and not the greatest customer service I'm sorry to say. I'm still waiting for parts to arrive a week later.”

We have had a look back at your email thread and can see that we have tried to rearrange your exchange for you but you have decided to return your harness for a refund. If you do change your mind, please do just get back in touch and with your dog's age, breed and girth measurement and we will be happy to advise on what sizes you need.

“All my dogs have these harnesses they are great fit lovely. I have just had to replace a harness as one of my dogs has diabetes and lost a considerable amount of weight.”

“Very impressed with the customer service. I wasn't sure if the one I ordered would fit so a bigger one was sent out with no extra charge. The harness fits our border collie very well & she seems very comfortable in it. I have made a slight addition, as I like a handle on the back of the harness. So I've used an old dog collar, very useful to have something to grab, rather than having to clip the lead back on.”

“ive bought 5 perfect fit harnesses over the years for 3 different dogs and they are definitely the best! My first (and now only) choice of harness. and the Leopard print, just wow! absolutely love it x although i have had to buy a lead and matching leopard print coat for her to wear lol”

“Had problems with other harnesses not fitting by BT properly. Emailed PerfectFit and explained the problem. They suggested which one to get. Ordered it and had the harness the next day and it just great to have one that fits her. Customer service was excellent. Will be buying again when needed now I know which size to get. Great product and company.Would highly recommend.”

“I ordered two leads for my dogs, these are the most comfortable ones to hold with useful links at the end which means you can link them together to make a super long lead, which is really useful when my young dog is in season”

“We had the Perfect Fit Harness recommended to us and we have not been disappointed, the Perfect Fit Team have provided excellent customer service by advising on the various sections of the harness by our supplied photographs of our Standard Golden Doodle. We received additional extra sections to try and these have proven to provide an excellent fit as confirmed by our dog trainer”

“Probably the best service I have had from buying something online in as far as I can remember. I bought the harness based on recommendation. When trying on and sending photos I had nice message saying they would send alternative piece as it may provide better which as it has. Real people”
