“Production and oversean delivery was fast, but product quality was very disapointing! Air bubbles in the glass decanter, the wooden box was from a cheap material and was chipped all around. Wont buy again.”

“This was the best decision to make. I rang through to go over the product and shipping. I was given good advice on placing the order on line and I went ahead. I was told that there would be an express post charge but I declined to do this. To my surprise, the product turned up in a couple of days and made the celebrations. The service and product was outstanding. Thank you for making my Son's day a memorable one. Steve.”

“I ordered 4 custom shot glasses for my groomsmen. I was surprising them for dinner. The quality was really good except for 1. There was a line in the design. I emailed some pictures of it and it was replaced immediately! Got it the next day. The service was amazing. I don’t usually review but the service really stood out. Definitely getting more custom items from you guys!”
