“Kinda disappointed, the flask I ordered is great but had fingermarks on the flask and the box it came in, had a lot of black marks on the lid of the box. I bought this as a gift for someone so not ideal.”

“I couldn't recommend this company enough. Communication on their part - 10/10 not so great on mine, however they perservered & I received my order earlier than I had expected. I have had many great comments on the item I bought, and the price was well worth it. Thank you, Personalised Favours!”

“Personalised Favours were great to deal with. We initially had a few emails back and forth - they were always promt in reply, and specific in response. They took my design and "dealt" with it. I'm not sure what they did because I could detect no change, but there was no charge and so I presume they got it to their specs for the etching. The final product was delivered in acceptable time, looked great, and delighted the recipient.”

“Beautiful pieces. I odered red stars with white writing. The writing was a bit light on the bright red background and did not stand out as much as I liked. Nonetheless, they were well appreciated by the recepients.”
