“Personalised Favours have been great regarding finalising my product on time, communication and helpfulness. The only downside is they deliver through Aramex which inexplicably held my order at a location 4h drive from my address for over a week, in the end it wasn't delivered on time for me to gift.”

“Previously was good However on this occasions results are to give a Very poor review The product I purchased 2 weeks ago that was to be delivered this week, I have now been advised is not available. This is a poor standard and disgraceful especially being a birthday present. I will think twice about deciding if I continue with you.”
