“Pets Best has been very responsive and timely in reimbursing insurance claims for health treatment of our pet cat. My experience could not be better. The mobile App could accomplish filing claims speedily. We are thankful for continued support from Pets Best.”

“I would be very happy with pets best insurance IF I DID NOT RECEIVE SO MUCH CONFUSION FROM DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS PERTAINING TO THE APP AND WHICH CLAIM WAS BEING PROCESSED. In the end they processed the claim and I was happy to finally receive my reimbursement.”

“We used to love pets best but our premium increased 25-50% for all three of our dogs his year alone. I understand rising costs and the age of the pet but this was a ridiculous increase!”

“I love b e ingredients part of the pets best family. I was very surprised with the cost of the increase in my policy. We are a fixed income family and I'm not sure if we can afford th as t kind in increase again. We work very hard to try to keep our dog,pepper healthy. We give him vitamins,probiotics, meds for his joints and teeth treatment. I would like to know any other things we can try to have pepper live a long healthy life.”

“I would honestly not get this insurance. They barely cover anything or any expenses even when it comes to annual checkups. Not worth it if you have a pretty healthy pet that only goes 2x a year to get the heartworm and flea and tick meds re-prescribed.”

“I think it is not right that the rates become ridiculously high when you your pet gets older. That is when you need the care the most and you make it unaffordable, after people pay into it or years. I also have a giant breed dog and some of her med is not covered because you only cover a certain amount of pills per year and she needs twice as much.”

“For the amount of money that you pay for this and the amount that you get in return, it is slowly starting to be like I don't even have insurance at all. MOst of the claims being sent in they "cannot pay for" and that would be the only reason why I have insurance on the dog in the first place. Tried getting a second dog on the policy and of course, that dog costs almost 2X the amount of my original dog, even though, they are the same breed, came from the same breeder, and in fact from the same mother and father. Currently looking for another pet insurance, and I would suggest that you would do the same.”
