“This company is so slow to review and reimburse claims. I submitted a claim same day as vet appointment on 2/17/25. As of today I still have not received the approved reimbursement as of 3/11/2025. Definitely is the trend as this isn’t the first claim I’ve made. Wish I could switch to another provider but alas the pre-existing condition. Do your research before choosing this company.”

“Initially they covered more of the preventive and office visits, this insureance is covering less than 15% of total bills I submit. I will be leaving this insurance when its renewal comes about”

“I have been very please with PetsBest so far. The insurance plan works just as they advertise. This has taken away significant stress as I have sought out medical care for my dog. I reccomend PetsBest to everyone with a pet.”

“This is our second year with Pets Best and we have had great experience with this insurance for the three dogs we insured with Pets Best the Claim submission process is easy and Customer Service has been excellent whenever we had a question for an open claim . This is by far the best pet insurance we had so far.”

“They are great. Always quick to respond to a claim. The app is so easy when submitting a claim. Just a few simple questions and a pic. It just goes directly back to my account. Pets best is amazing.”

“We have had policies on two of our kitties for a couple years with Pets Best. Our girl has had two claims and both were processed and directly deposited into our bank account in just 3 to 4 days. We have only had one policy increase in the years we've been with them, and it was an across the board increase; not related to our claims. We are extremely happy with the service; it seems you've hired more folks to answer your phones which is great as that was the only issue we've ever had, just hard to contact anyone but that seems to have been taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Pets Best!!!”
