“I could not be more pleased. The benefits are good and it could not be easier to file a claim. The direct deposit is extremely fast. After researching several pet insurance sites, I selected Pets Best and I have referred several friends.”

“The claim times take forever to hear something back. Everything is clear and relatively simple to understand. Other than the significant delays before you get info on your claim being denied or paid out, all is OK.”

“As always, I am disappointed at what is not covered for my dogs insurance. My friends have much better insurance that covers wellness visits and vaccines, heartguard, flea and tick. My $250 wellness visit got me about $50 back. On top of the $170 monthly premium. So it's just not worth the money. But I know the second I cancel it something back will happen ...... Insurance jail.”

“Pets Best at the end of the day is the worst plan and a very sub standard company. Lousy customer service. Rude and incompetent staff. Long delays. Don't care about customers. Make you wait on hold for over a half hour and have to do that 6 times just to get an innocuous person to be co descending and unpleasant. They also never call back. So you have to keep chasing. On top of all that, the plan leaves you with no payout back. Get other insurance.”

“Great coverage. Smooth user experience when submitting claims. Claims can take time as Pets Best gathers information from the vet, but you can trust that it will not fall through the cracks. I appreciated receiving status updates, avoiding the need to call for an update.”

“Our case took some time but the montly payments to have PetsBest are very resonapble and make it worth every penny. Our puppy swallowed a fishing hook! She needed extensive abdominal surgery to get it out. Pets Best has a form we filled out and they sent a check directly to the Doctors office. We took care of the remaining about. The only negative was when the office got the remebursment checks it was not clearly written what client it was for. Knowning we were recently there with this insurance coverage the office staff and I were able to match some numbers and verify it was for our pet's coverage.”

“I am so thankful for Pets best. My English Cream retriever had a rough start medically for the first year and I was reimbursed as they stated per their policy. I was so relieved to know that I could continue to get care for my dog and not have to worry about the cost. Thank you, Pets best.”

“Nothing is ever covered every biii submitted it’s not covered all claims i never get any money back last claim 11 back of 303 I’m going to look at other companies what is the sense of having insurance”
