“Got two emails from you. One told me what you were reimbursing for and how much, and the other said you weren't reimbursing anything . Very confusing. Still awaiting a check. I hope.”

“I’ve had Pets Best insurance for over 5 years and they paid a couple of claims for me. The claims were paid in a timely manner and according to my policy. They have been very courteous on the phone with me and always answered all my questions. Unfortunately my fur baby passed away but I would consider getting another policy with them when I get another pet.”

“The hardest part of pet insurance is picking which company to go with. With that being said I am very pleased with Pets Best and their options. I have coverage for both of my dogs. Filing a claim for a new puppy visit could not be any easier and payment was received within a few days. I appreciate the ease of choosing the coverage and plans best for our pups. Filing a claim only took a few minutess and was easy to do. All this along with the comfort of knowing I have coverage for my pets provides a peace of mind.”

“I put my first claim in and was reimbursed relatively quickly for my pet's emergency. It was covered exactly how they said that it would be, and helped me to provide my dog the best care possible. The team was also very helpful in troubleshooting any issues with the documents that I had provided for my claim. I had called and got an answer quickly how to solve the problem. The customer service team was very nice and gave me exactly what I needed to resolve my problem”
