I am very pleased! Ella is now an older dog and she had started to limp, but let me go back in time. My last dog did not have insurance and I paid almost $1800 three times over a couple of years out of my pocket. Today - different dog (Ella) is getting older. We suddenly found ourselves facing an MRI plus some surgery which is not cheap. I uploaded my bills to the web site and after paying my deductible and my copay (10%) Pets Best quickly paid their portion of 90% to me. This is the way it is suposed to work. I could not be happier and most important Ella is happy. Dogs don't quit on you - don't quit on your dog! Richard Wicker

I was happy to have insurance for my furbaby. However, I am disppointed in the return for my money. I am paying of $600.00 per year. I took my cat to the vet for her wellness check. I paid $539.22 and the insurance covered $135.00. I will be checking into other insurances.

Pets Best Insurance has been okay, but the biggest issue for me is that the deductible is too high, PLUS you raise the monthly cost for the insurance to almost $20 more/month! This is pushing me to look elsewhere for the same coverage. Oherwise, you pay your claims quickly and seamlessly.

i'm disappointed in what they cover it seems like before. They were better at covering vaccines and medications this last time not so much. I may have to shop around.

Pets Best is efficient, communicative, and reliable for all of my insurance needs. We have had numerous health scares pop up with our young cat this year and I'm not sure how we would've gotten through the financial burden without the help of our Pet's Best policy! Well worth the investment and they've happily answered any questions regarding benefits.

Easy to submit claims. Was a simple, quick process. I appreciate the flexibility of getting partial reimbursement of charges when only partially covered. Pets Best didn’t use it as a excuse to reject the entire claim.

I must say my experience with Pets Best has been exceptional. Filing claims and uploading documents through their system is straightforward, making the process smooth and efficient. Although the processing time can occasionally be lengthy, I always received the reimbursement I was owed, which speaks to their commitment to fairness. During a recent claim, I encountered an issue where my claim was initially denied. This was due to an error on my part, as the documents I submitted were incorrect. Upon contacting customer service, I was met with politeness and clarity. They clearly explained what documents were required, the necessary date ranges, and guided me on how to resubmit and refile my claim correctly. Thanks to their assistance, my claim was successfully approved a few weeks later. The customer service at Pets Best Insurance is truly outstanding. They not only resolved my issue efficiently but did so with a level of professionalism and kindness that is rare to find. Premium rates increases (minimal communication was given) but the max payout to wellness remained unchanged. While peace of mind is nice, the wellness benefit for yearly examines and vaccinations has a pretty minimal reimbursement in comparison to the actual cost, probably better just using what was spent on premium for this coverage and putting into savings, which would have covered more then the cost of their visit and just keep the emergency coverage instead. Payouts do tent to be pretty quick.

Cancelled policy after 3 plus years of frustration with claims being paid and 45 day turnaround time. Horrible customer service. Look elsewhere.

Even though it took five weeks for Pets Best to process my claim, the wait was worth it! They covered everything I was expecting.

They take entirely too long to approve a claim and get money back to you. However, if they deny a claim, it’s usually done within a day or two. They need to pick up their pace on approving and getting money back.
