“They are very quick organized and the prices are pretty good. The turnaround time was less than two weeks for the last Doggy that had to go in for service lol once in a while, the doctor will prescribe something that they don’t agree with they consider it a vitamin and add medicine, but other than that, they usually cover everything no problem I would never use anybody else. They’re great.”

“Easy claim perocess and qjuick completion. I am disasppointed that the $410 laser packlage treatment is not covered. It is not physcal therapym and/or rehab. I disagree with the reason for not paying this treatment which seems to be helping Maxi walk. I can not find the exclusion in the policy”

“i can't understand why it's so difficult to upload documents. I've tried using my computer and also with the App. Both times I got the dreaded red X. Finally worked with email. I do wellness fecal tests and am reimbursed quickly but blood work isn't condsidered wellnes but goes to the yearly deductable. i'm sure there is a reason.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. Paid $70 per month for years to get claim after claim denied because of “pre existing conditions”. My dog had allergies. Stay far away from pets best. They’re a complete scam.”

“I never worry about my beloved fur babies. They get into mischief and need veterinary care and I don’t have to waste precious time wondering if I can afford the fee. If my babies become ill, I don’t wait until it may be too late. I know I have the best insurance at a reasonable price.”

“Much better turn-around time on claims. However it would be nice to be able to see disbursement record. Like I'm waiting on a disbursement and I have no idea how long until it hits my account.”

“I was unsure if pet insurance would be worth it. I only got emergency coverage not routine and it’s turning out to be very worth it. They reimburse quickly and are easy to contact. I would definitely recommend Pets Best.”
