“Very easy to submit the necessary items for a claim, also very user friendly, the turn around time is about the same as other insurances (I have different ones for my 5 different pets ) so no complaint there, the EOB are also easy to read. No complaints so far.”

“We got got coverage and a wellness plan for our puppy right away. All of the claims we have made were approved quickly and reimbursed quickly as well. Couldn’t ask for better coverage for our little guy.”

“Quick processing of claims and payments are prompt when claim is processed. Only a couple of times the processing of a 2 claims was delayed, but I wouldn't hold that against them. I have submitted several claims for well visits and ill related visits”

“Thank you for responding so quickly to my claim. It is always difficult when a pet (family member) is sick, but the cost is a big concern as well. Having Pet's Best insurance has been helpful when my sweet Emmy has had medical issues processing my claim quickly and efficiently.”

“The company was obviously sold earlier this year and the customer service is terrible, as well as the policies. Too bad, as it was a good pet insurance company last year.”

“I almost forgot I had pet insurance. My dog had cut her leg playing with one of our other dogs and had to have a lot of sutures. I have had insurance for a long time, so it was nice that the accident insurance was piece of mind.”

“I sent the annual visit bill for reimbursement and they sent me an email saying they changed my policy without asking my consent. I have called their costumer number twice and I was not able to speak with a representative. I am disappointed with their service.”

“I am so grateful to Pets Best insurance for helping me take care of my dog, Benny. Last December, he tore the ACL in his back right leg. I was able to get surgery within 10 days of the injury and he recovered beautifully because of that. Pets Best reimbursed me quickly. Well, 10 months later, he tore the other one. He had surgery 4 days after the injury and again, Pets Best came through, allowing me to make sure my dog lives a happy, healthy life! I cannot recommend this company enough! Both of my dogs are insured and now I will never go without it again. Thank you soooo much!!!!”
