“I got a wellness program through Pet Smart so he could get neutered and all his puppy shots for the first year . Pets best would not reimburse me for any of the bills . They said they weren’t covered . I just don’t understand why it wouldn’t be .”

“While getting the money back was fast and easy, it was a bit sketchy. I paid my 500$ deductible the bill was 800$ I expected to het 90% of the 300$. But they instead took my copay as 10% of the total bill. Even tho I had to pay the 500 out of pocket so insted of the 280something I expected to get back Im only getting back 200. Atleast my deductable is paid for the year tho so Im not obsessing over it. But I did tske 1 star from it due to this. It took less than a week to process my refund and since I dont have my bank account and didnt have my care card attached yet Im recieving a check. Which takes another 7 days thats my fault tho.”

“I called and after the usual prompts to go online to solve my problem I was able to talk to Emily. She told me how to go forward with submitting more information to my claim. She was very helpful and courteous.”

“Thankful that I have this insurance for my 2 pets. My Yorkie took ill and once I submitted my bills for $2500 to Petbest they worked quickly to process and reimburse me for most of the cost. This was definitely worth having.”

“Pets Best has been absolutely wonderful. I've never had an issue with their policy coverage. I just put in 2 claims a week ago and was already reimbursed for both claims. I'll use Pets Best for all my future pets. They've been great! -Ken”

“Good, lots of different options for plans. Biggest complaint is that they significantly increase rates every year. Most recent increase for me and my pet was over $100 and I have to now decrease the amount of coverage for my aging pet, which is ironic due to health issues popping up with age.”

“The only reason for four rather than five stars is the huge and sudden rate increase I had to pay when my dog turned 7 years old. Otherwise, Pets Best pays my claims promptly and they make it easy to submit claims online. They don't quibble about small things and are fair in their coverage. Overall, I am satisfied.”

“So far no isssues. Easy sign up, layout of options for plan coverage choices, great customer service, fast claims. Only thing bad is the Direct Pay to Veterinarian option, most places DO NOT ACCEPT direct pay option unless it's guaranteed coverage (reoccurring illness payments) otherwise you're screwed and paying out of pocket.”
