“I’ve had nothing but a great experience with this insurance. As a dachshund owner, I love they have the live chat option to add on bc she’s always doing something naughty lol and it’s helped ease my mind a lot. Highly recommend!”

“I’m not really sure what we are paying for. Regarding our most recent claim, we had a $1,000 bill from the vet, and our deductible is $500. We were only reimbursed $215… I’m glad to be reimbursed for anything, but I do not understand why the majority of the vet visit/bills were not covered.”

“I am very happy with Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. They have great rates. It was very easy to sign my new puppy up for health insurance. They were the only company that did not have a cap on major accidents. From past experience this was very important to me. When I submit a claim, it is usually processed within 3-5 business days. I highly recommend this company.”

“I was pleased with the final result but felt the process took way too long. Kept asking for information about my dog before I rescued her. Was very frustrating since the bills kept coming & I was being charged interest with all the delays.”

“Pets Best Insurance has lived up to its name over the past 4 years since I took out a policy ($250 annual deductible for accidents and illness) for my puppy. Submitting claims is very easy and payment has, with one exception over a year ago, been swift. It’s peace of mind and even with rising rates worth the cost. Some years it has more than paid for itself.”

“I am very happy with Pets Best insurance. Claims are reviewed and reimbursed promptly, and the app is easy to navigate. We’ve had coverage for our 10-year old since she was a healthy puppy, and I’m thankful that she’s been covered, especially these last few years when she developed some health issues that require medication and ultrasounds regularly. The quarterly insurance costs are manageable and the coverage gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Pets Best, and I urge pet parents to get it.”

“Took just a few weeks to get my claim resolved. I submitted my receipt and supplied vet info and Pets Best did the rest. Very easy process and was reimbursed exactly what I expected.”

“Pets Best has been there for us and our dog rescue for four years. I am so glad we signed up when he was a puppy as he unfortunatley has had so many health issues especially related to skin allergies.”
