“The entire staff is always friendly,helpful and knows how to help you in most any situation.They are also very caring when your pet (family) is sick or passes away. I plan on keeping them in my life as long as I have pets.I give them a 10”

“We have had pets best for years now and it had always been a great service. This year is the first year that was upsetting. Our premiums jumped up 140% in one year, which is crazy to me. We have to now assess what to cut and where. Wish these increases were more understandable.”

“I sent the receipt from the vet for our pups flea/heartworm medication and was notified in only a few days that my claim had been received, processed and I was reimbursed the entire amount. Wonderful customer service!”

“I will probably be cancelling my insurance. The claims are resolved quickly enough, but if I'm paying $50 a month for a year and the insurance will only cover half of my one annual vet bill my money is better spent elsewhere.”

“My 10 month old golden retriever passed from trauma (hit by a car) She was my first dog as an adult. The emergency vet at 1am said she would not make it. I work in human healthcare and after doing research, I strongly think she could have been saved but everything she needed would have been atleast 10 to 15k. I have a very strong sense that had I had insurance, reccomendations would have been different. We got another golden puppy a to take the edge of the pain. This time I knew I needed insurance as I hadn't even thought about it before. Our new puppy had to have surgery at 4 months for foreign body surgery. After the veterinarian went in, she came back and said it was worse that she thought and recommend putting her down or having a more extensive surgery (more cost)where she would have a 50/50 chance of survival at best. She only survived for 4 days. It naturally has been very hard but a silver lining is atleast I had the option to try to save her and I am not in debt now. I am so grateful for Pets Best 🙏.”

“Would strongly recommend against using this company for pet insurance. I wish I could switch back to my previous company (healthy paws) but am stuck now that my dog has had a condition while under this insurance. They take weeks to process claims as opposed to days like my prior company. They bill your co-insurance before applying the deductible which I had never heard of. Customer service can be curt when discussing your concerns with them. Don’t get trapped here like me.”

“I would have given it a 5 star but every time I called related to a claim, the hold time was greater than 25 minutes. Other than settling claims and telephone time, we had good experience”
