“I have only recently signed up with Pets Best -- just a few months before my 8-year-old dog began to have some serious health issues. I have found submitting claims to Pets Best to be easy and that Pets Best keeps me informed about the progress of claims and reimbursements.”

“Problem with flea and tick prevention. (Advantage) . Vet doesn't have it, pets mart or petrol out of stock. Could not give an itemized receipt. Got it on Ebay, provided description, picture, pets name on invoice, and total cost. Still not paid.”

“Pets Best is amazing! Very happy with how fast claims are processed. I will never not have pet insurance. I encourage people to use you every time I am in the lobby of my vets office. It’s been a blessing as I have had unexpected issues arise with my dogs that are only 2 and 4 years old. You don’t just need insurance when pets are older.”

“It’s lame how much the pet insurance went up after the first renewal. it’s so expensive and reimbursements aren’t even that much. I think I’m paying way more than any reimbursements I’ve ever gotten back. Considering cancelling as it also takes a long time to be reimbursed as well.”

“I have had this service for seven years and this was my first claim submitted that actually has been paid on part of it . My only bad opinion is that for six years the monthly payment has been around $13. a month and not it went up to $36.00 a month which I feel is way over priced I may look for a different coverage due to such a high jump in monthly price when I have only filed one claim in seven years”

“They cover nothing. Everything is a “pre existing condition” to them. I can’t wait to cancel. I’ve been paying for a year and have had every claim denied. Complete waste of money.”

“My claim was closed several times without notification that I needed to followup with my vet to get you the information. It would be good customer service to have this in place. The price of my policy almost doubled for renewal. Strange that it did so after I had submitted claims this year.”
