“I have paid for insurance for my Dog for the last 3 years and sometimes you don't even cover everything? What's the point of having insurance if you don't cover everything, even if it is a little bit.. Also, my plan went up without having knowledge about that and your still not covering everything or even a little bit.. Isn't that the point of insurance is to cover the majority of vets appointments and check ups? My Pet got a few vaccines equalling up to $70dollars and you didn't even cover any of that.. which you definitely should have covered something, especially since you are charging me more.”

“Was hard at first because they didn’t understand there was “not” a stomach issue so they would not pay because they deemed it as a previous illness. Now past the first couple months they have been fantastic and reimburse very quickly. It’s a learning curve to submit, however, it’s actually very simple in the end once you learn what paperwork you need as well as how and where to submit correctly. It’s a breeze now. Takes me about a minute to submit and they email you a response that they have received your claim within 2-3 minutes! I have received prescription reimbursement in as little as two days and just received a vet reimbursement in 3 days! If you have any questions they are a phone call away and they do answer their phones and all have been English speaking. What a pleasure😁”

“I'm very pleased with the prompt and curteous manor of the help I received when entering a claim. The person who answered the phone (wish I remembered her name), helped me submitt my claim when my first attempt failed! I have now received notice that my claim has been reviewed and my refund will be deposited into my checking account! Great, fast service! Top marks!”

“I was happy my claim was reviewed quickly. I can see my refund is now pending. The only thing I was surprised/confused about is how the deductible is calculated. I thought the deductible would be taken off the total amount and then everything after that would be calculated as a percentage but even the amount leading up to the total deductible amount is calculated as a percentage. The amount I am being refunded is less than I thought I would be receving becuase of the confusion regarding the deductible.”

“Recently my claims have been processed extremely fast!! It’s been great. When we first began using Pets Best it would take up to 3 months to get an EOB back. Things have definitely improved.”

“I switched to Pets Best after having a bad experience with another company (that starts with a T) and realizing I was significantly over paying. I am so grateful for this switch. Submitting a claim is easy! The turn around time isn’t too long (maybe 2 weeks at most). Pets Best is also the reason my dog is still alive! If I didn’t have insurance there would have been no way he would still be alive today after his emergent surgeries.”
