“I have been with Pets Best for over eight years now. I highly recommend them. They are timely in their reimbursements and if there is a delay, they always notify me with an email. I have had to call a few times, for general questions, and I was always attended to by a knowledgeable and pleasant representative.”

“The app is clunky and doesn't always open, delaying my ability to submit a claim. It then takes the company weeks to months to process claims. Not the best experience so far.”

“I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone. The only reason I keep it is for my animal other than that it’s unprofessional and bogus. The company in my last claim labored u see a double standard with the government absolutely horrible to the extent was not forthcoming.. I would not recommend this company to anyone.”

“Overall processing time has improved in the last three months. However it still takes upwards of a week for monies to be deposited in my account once claim has been completed. You need to process monies nightly so that monies get deposited within two business days”
