“After paying $250 for accident and illness every month for 2+ years and filing a handful of claims to be “unfortunately not covered” is beyond frustrating. We have actively encouraging others to not select Pets Best.”

“My son had insurance with bets best until his dog passed. They were absolutely great in processing the bills from the vet and the hospital. They also have great customer service. It was because of that kind of service that when I got my own puppy I went with Pets Best also. The claims so far have been processed in about one week and one week later the money was deposited in my bank account. They are the best as far as we are concerned.”

“I've insured my three cats through PetsBest over the years for accident/illness coverage, and I've been very pleased with the level of service provided. Claims are processed quickly and the Explanation of Benefits is easy to read. I appreciate that reimbursements go right to my bank account. Unfortunately, my first cat suffered cancer and despite the numerous visits and medication, my claims were never denied. I have another cat with a bad atopical allergy, and Pets Best has been covering her medication. My cat is happy and healthy. You can expect premiums to increase as your pet gets older, but that's expected of most insurance companies. I feel that I'm getting an excellent value for the premisums paid. If I adopt any more cats, I will insure them through Pets Best.”

“Quick and easy process when my Boxer had emergency sergury. I am so thankful that we were able to be reimbursed and that we had this policy with Pets Best. It has definatly helped in giving us some peace of mind when these unplanned events come up and that we are able to give our dogs the treatments and medical care they deserve.”

“This business is a scam. They don't reimburse for expenses as they advertise and disclose on the phone. Stay away!! Use Spot Pet Insurance instead”

“It has been very nice to have pet insurance, the peace of mind In knowing you can take your pet to the vet and not end up in debt. I would get insurance for every pet in the future it has been wonderful. So many unexpected illnesses and surgery’s have come up in the 2 years with this policy and it has saved up 4 times the amount then we spend. The claims (except the 1st one) come back very quickly. My only complaint is the fact that it is so hard to get in contact with anyone at pets best to answer questions.”
