“Pets Best Pet Health Insurance has been one of the best decisions we've ever made for our dog, Noodle. She unfortunate has had orthopedic issues and reoccurring health ailments, but Pets Best has been there with us for everything. Knowing we have them puts us at ease when something reoccurring or new pops up.”

“my premium tripled when my dog turned 9. She had no major health issues, just age I'm assuming. Seems like a good deal when they are young just in case but at this point it's too much to afford.”

“I made a claim on October 16. I received a correspondence letting me know that my claim had been processed and that I would be getting my reimbursement. As of today, I still have not received anything. I thought it would only take a few days not the better part of three weeks.”

“When your fur baby needs ER care, the last thing YOU need is a hassle from an insurance company. I feel blessed to have selected Pets Best because they were attentive via email to let me know what was happening and prompt with payment. I am happy to report that my Winnie is all better. “It was relatively easy to submit a claim using the app. My claim was processed within 8 days and it had a breakdown of what was covered and what was not along with a detailed explanation of benefits. this helped answer all of my questions as to what was/wasn't covered and why. I haven't set up my bank account info, so they sent me a check. I received the check within 7 days of processing the claim! Very easy process! i am very happy with the Pets Best!”
