“I was just informed I wasn’t entitled to any reimbursement from a vet bill. So why have any insurance, I could have saved 3 months of payments to paid this bill. It’s time to find a different pet insurance.”

“I have had insurance with pets best for my last 3 dogs. My first baby had diabetes and was blind, my 3nd had diabetes was blind and got cancer. Pets best helped us all the way to the final days. And now my 3rd , I seem to find the ones who really need medical care, but pets best stepped up to the plate this time too. He is a deaf dogo argentino and had to have cancer surgery. Thank goodness I insured all of them! Thank you Pets Best!”

“Simply the best! Pets Best is prompt at reviewing claims, paying claims, and the premium is very competitive! I'll be a Pets Best customer for life! Truly! When you consider the costs of emergency room visits, cronic illnesses, including the medication, you must get pet insurance - Pets Best Pet Health Insurance to be exact! Thank you, Pets Best!”

“Reimbursent went from 3 days to two weeks after Sychony sold it to a hedge fund. Synchony ran it better...can't believe I typed that... If you want fast reimbursement, this isn't the choice.”

“Honestly wish that pets best would pay more out to its customers then not paying for there pets vet bills. Petsbest needs an improvement on what needs to be covered more especially on vaccinations for pets and also for stool examines for pets also. That's like over 70$ just for a stool sample which is highly expensive that vets charge for helping your pet and pets best won't cover it completely. Petsbest is ok but it needs some better improvements on coverage even since the cost of even owning a dog or cat is becoming more expensive. If PetsBest wants to keep make sure they will have customer support, they need to cover alot more and charge for something that petsbest will not cover.”
