“It is very easy to submit a claim to Pets Best. And the claim is processed quickly. They communicate well, so you know at what point the claim is at. The deductibles and disallowed vet charges really bring the amount received down to very little of the total vet charges.”

“Pets Best Insurance has been a lifesaver. My dog has a neuromuscular disorder which requires Neurology ongoing care. Without this plan I wouldn't be able to afford her care. I am so grateful to have this Insurance.”

“I was very pleased with the quick response by Pets Best to my new puppy's vet expense claim. It took only one day from submitting the claim to receiving an explanation of the benefits payable by Pets Best. I have been told that payment has been submitted to my bank. Just waiting for confirmation from my bank. Overall I am very pleased with their service.”

“Pets Best is truly the best! They are incredibly prompt when processing claims and have knowledgeable and courteous customer service staff that you can speak with whenever you have questions. I have been a customer for six years and have always been more than satisfied. Highly recommend!”

“Very easy to submit a claim UNLESS you purchased your medication from an outside pharmacy like Covetrus Pharmacy (even though the prescription is from our veterinary service) because submitting the receipt we receive from the pharmacy never satisfies the Pets Best review process.”

“Pet insurance companies have a bad reputation overall. but I'm happy to say that Pets Best is definitely an exception. We've had a number of claims for our senior dog, some of them very costly (cancer, cardiac issues, arthritis), and Pets Best has covered every claim promptly and without issue. The variety of plans with different levels of deductibles is great, and their claims processing department has been fast, efficient, and accuate. I can recommend them without reservation.”

“Pets Best has done a great job covering the needs of my dog it started out slow but as time went on it's been a very good experience. Only thing I would like to see is claims processed a little faster sometimes we are out a lot of money and would just like to be reimbursed a little sooner, but all in all I'd recommend Pets Best. If I ever get another animal I would likely use Pets Best again for insurance coverage.”
