“I have had both of my dogs on Pets Best for 5 years, paying on average $70/month for that timeframe. My girl passed away a year ago, leaving me to pay for my now senior 11 year old dog. As he enters his 12th year, Pets Best decided to increase my annual premium from $413/year to $1,200/year with an 80/20 copay after a $1k deductible. This is over a 100% premium increase. RIDICULOUS!”

“This insurance covers little to nothing. You even refused to cover when my beloved cat died. Shameful. Chewy on the other hand sent me flowers. Take a page out of their book.”

“Pets best makes filing a claim easy and settling that claim quick. I have never had pet insurance until I’ve had my current animal. I am glad I have pets, best insurance.”

“Very easy to pick your own coverage so it was definately affordable! I submitted my first claim for preventative medication and it was approved & processed the very next day! The process was simple and easy, and so quick! So far, really enjoying our pet insurance!”

“Been a policy holder for our 10 yr old Havanese since her birth. Recently filed our first claim, and the process was very user friendly and efficient. Pets Best kept me informed as they required additional info from the vet. Claim was approved and the benefit deposited directly into my bank account. Friendly, efficient and timely process.”

“Even though I only joined the insurance plan in October 2023, Pets Best has been so helpful covering thousands of dollors of medical expense for my senior kitty who we have just lost 2 weeks ago. Their claim processing time might not be the fastest, usually 3-4 weeks for me, but you can get a CareCredit card to pay for the expense while you wait. I have only good things to say about Pets Best and I've been recommeing Pets Best to my friends who also have pets.”

“I have a Pets Best plan for several years now and it has been great! I love the ease of claim submission and more importantly, the peace of mind that comes with knowing that my baby, Jerry, has a health insurance plan should anything happen to him. My husband has a different plan for his dogs, and the submission process is so much worse. I have never had my claim denied over silly logistical reasons. Highly recommended!”

“I contacted your customer service no one answered the phone. I have a question on the EOB for tooth removal. Her baby teeth were removed during her being spayed surgery as to prevent them from getting impacted. Why didn’t some one contact me for discussion? I rejected your insurance plan and now disappointed in my selection due to no customer interaction.”

“We have had Pets Best Insurance for 7 years and have loved it. We couldn't have taken such good care of our cats without it. It was easy to sign up for and it's easy to file a claim. They reimburse quickly and without a hitch. 10/10 would recommend.”

“I would not be able to provide the best care possible for my little dog if it weren’t for Pets Best - especially now that I’m retired and live on a fixed income. Having pet insurance has allowed me to overcome challenges in caring for my K-9 kid. Pets Best has been there for me through thick and thin! Thank you!!!”
