“Pets Best has been very helpful with my pets medical bills. Almost all claims have been approved to the amount and in the time I expected. I would definitely recommend having Pets Best insurance coverage for all your pets. It's worth the peace of mind that you won't need to decide between your furbabies life or your financial ability.”

“Pet's Best is the only pet insurance I have had so I don't have a point of comparison. I like that you can choose different options - like including or excluding wellness visits- which help you manage overall out of pocket. There are some improvement opportunities which made me me think I should perhaps look at other policies. The first was how long it took to get claims paid. My last claim was relatively fast so hopefully it has improved. And, my last annual renewal quote nearly doubled so I contacted them to increase the deductible to lower the premium and take on more risk myself. I must say the person I dealt with was not pleasant which turned me off.”

“They have been a great pet insurance provider. Claims are processed quickly and they have many options for coverage. Very easy to file and access claims. Our fur baby has unfortunately had a lot of medical issues and we are so thankful that we chose Pet's Best to help with our bills! Would recommend them to everyone!”

“Every time I get an EOB from Pets Best I wonder if it’s worth keeping at all. I purchased what I assumed was good insurance, Wellness and Accident and Illness, $250 deductible and 90 percent reimbursement. But I just spent over $500 at the vets office, without the $170 I’m going to have to spend on a preventative, only to get back $150 as the maximum payout and nothing went to my deductible. I’m paying an arm and a leg at the vets office and throwing $70 a month into the void to get pocket change in return every time I submit a claim, if that. And on top of that pre-existing conditions aren’t covered, which 90 percent of dogs adopted from shelters have.”

“The process of signing up was very easy and the website provided a very thorough explanation on what was include and not included within each package. First wellness visit claim went through in a few days. So far so good with Pets Best.”

“Good company for pets insurance but every year get more more expensive 😔 not working and I am struggling with these high payments every month $130 .00 and top of that thanks God my cat doesn't get sick so much for being 14 years old , I am do my very best to keep him healthy and happy but when I have to take it to the vet the insurance only covers very little , I lose lots of money like this I wish if your insurance can offer me a discount policy offer that I can effort because I am a senior lady with very low income , and my cat is also a senior cat but either way I thank you for being a good company for pets insurance . once again thank you . sincerely Gloria Gonzalez .”

“I have had Pet’s Best Insurance for by two cats for the past 3 Years. I have had several claims related to illnesses. Each time it has been an easy online filing process and I have been reimbursed directly to my bank account, which makes for a seamless and stress free claims encounter. Had I not had this great insurance I would not have been able to afford the medical care my beloved cat needed. I am so grateful for Pet’s Best!!! Thank you for truly being the best!!!”

“Would highly recommend Pets Best to anyone looking for pet insurance for their furry friends. Unfortunately, my accident prone dog has racked up quite a few (and very expensive) vet bills, and I am always so grateful for the coverage provided by Pets Best. The premiums are affordable, the claims process is easy, and the team is responsive to your questions. I've even utilized the vet line for questions! Don't keep putting it off - just get the pet insurance!”
