“We are very impressed with Pet's Best. They have always been on top of claims, minus spaying which took over 45 days to get $ back for that for each of our girls. Their Wellness program is pretty good but I wish they'd cover a bit more for the amount you pay each month for each dog.”

“This pet health insurance policy works well for us and our pet. We originally insured him for only illness, but we now include wellness as well, and the reimbursements come in a timely fashion. As our pet ages, the rate has increased quite a bit, which is disturbing, for his claims haven't been for anything age-related, but like with any insurance policy it's there if we ever need it. It's the gamble that's worth it.”

“Well - we have had some positive results initially with one health episode for our boxer but over the last year they have raised our rates by 30% and now haven't paid us on one vet visit, just apologized for long delay. Thinking about switching.....”

“Unfortunately, I have had to use my pet insurance a few times this year. They have been very quick to pay what is covered and when I had questions were able to easily answer them for me. I'm glad I have it, I just hope I don't need it next year.”

“The premiums are outrageous, they increased significantly when my pet turned 2. Claims take a long time to process and are often denied. You also have no way of knowing on how close you are to meeting “your deductible” before coverage will kick in.”

“Pets Best Pet Health Insurance is always fast to to get me my refund. Never takes more than 2 months. Price might be a little high than others but having a reliable team to take care of you and get you what you need is worth the extra.”

“My dog had surgery, it took 12 days to process the refund. Phone support takes about 10 mins wait but they are professional and answer all questions well. Overall Pets Best insurance is efficient and services are excellent.”

“Very reliable insurance and there when you need it most. Easy to navigate app, submit the claim and in about 7 days they send you explanation of your benefits for every item listed on your vet bill. Very fair, no gimmicks, they cover exactly what is listed in your insurance contract. Thank you PetsBest for letting mw worry only about my beloved dog and not the bill that was coming my way.”

“Every process and interaction has been seamless. When my pup died suddenly, not only did they process the claim, they proactively cancelled his policy and credited back the premium without me having to call and cancel. This was my first experience with pet insurance and now I won't ever go without it. Highly recommended.”
