The best thing I have ever down to protect my baby boy, was to get insurance coverage, because you have to be prepared for unseen issues in the future. I insure my car, why not my trusted and loyal friend. He recently had a major operation to remove a foreign object and was given the obtion of putting him down or a 50/50 chance at an operation. It was a no brainer for me that i would give him a chance at survivial. I knew that it would be expensive, but there was comfort knowing that Pets Best would be there to help with the medical bills. I am very happy with Pets Best, they are the Best.

Deductible is random at best. Seems like they just pull numbers out of the air to cover themselves vs. our pet. Seriosuly debating if Pets Best is even worth it.

I used to think PetsBest was great insurance. Lately, I am very dissatisfied. I will no longer recommend them to my friends. They find any reason to deny a claim. If a claim is a large amount, they take forever to process it. As long as your claim goes toward your deductible, it gets handled quickly. I am deciding whether I will be continuing my 3 policies. The cost of the policies keep rising steeply and fighting for reimbursement for covered items may not be worth it anymore.

The staff were kind, knowledgeable and professional. We have had the insurance for five years and never used it until now. One of our silky terriers severed his acl and tore his meniscus. I called Pets Best to see what coverage we had and directions to open a claim. The woman answered all my questions. We went ahead with the surgery, uploaded the claim on their website. Within 2-3 weeks the claim was approved and funds to be transferred into our account. All so simple. Thank you Pets Best , now we are onto the recovery process. Don’t be without this insurance.

I am contemplating canceling as I see no benefits to the plan I have that I can afford. Its expensive goes up every year and I seem to pay for everything as nothing goes towards the deductible so I am paying for his covered medications. I have been thinking whether to cancel since my last claim. Everyone is extremely friendly but just don't know at this point. Better off setting money aside for a rainy day because insurance is expensive and hardly used.

For my first pet, everything was great. Every claim was handled quickly and with no issues. Once I added my 2nd pet, I’ve had nothing but issues. Every claim, a medical record is requested. On top of that, they have recently tried to find every reason possible to throw out every claim.

I gave it 4 stars bc I just got it. I only have one claim in, but I will say I received my reimbursement shortly after I put it in. So you don’t have to wait long to get reimbursed, which is a nice thing and also the app is really nice because you can take a picture of your claim and upload it. So hopefully later I down the road I can give it five stars. So far so good.

We've had Pets Best for our dog for several years. Its great coverage and we're very happy with the coverage. Submitting a claim is very easy and Pets Best is very fast responding.

We are so grateful to Pets Best for looking after our Blue girl since she was 6 weeks old. They make submitting claims very easy and cover all necessary treatments, surgeries, medications to make our girl healthy again. They never make us think twice about bringing her to the vet. We appreciate that even when they are late with reviewing claims they are always transparent.

I purchased PetsBest for my puppy a few months ago. Claim was processed quickly and money deposited in my checking account a week after processing. So far I've been very satisfied.

Submitted a wellness claim for a Canadian company and had to call three times to get them to understand that the $ ment it was US money. Still waiting for comfirmation that this has cleared and feel that this is taking took long
