“I have had pet best for quite some time but just a few weeks ago I had Charlie one of my boxer females. Surgery was done on her at the vet pet best took care of the problem I'm very happy with it. Anybody looking for insurance for their pets in my opinion pet Best is among the top in the country. Thank you pet best.”

“Pets Best doesn’t cover anything. You pay an outrageous premium (don’t even get me started on their deductible!) for their services and have to wait upwards of a month for them to review your claims only to have them deny almost everything. What’s the point of the insurance?!”

“Pets Best is truly the best. So easy to make a claim. All of my claims have been approved within 24 hours. Reimbursement is quick. It gets deposited directly into my checking account. I have never had an issue with any of my claims. Loved the fact that It has a wellness plan option. Well worth the money.”

“I really love this insurance. Other than a misunderstanding complaint to a heart murmur that they keep addressing as “pre-existing” they are very understanding and will do as much as they can to help you. Definitely recommend!”

“Claims can take a month to reimburse and I don't like the rates being raised 30 to 40 percent the last 3 years. Had to reduce my benefit to keep it affordable. They do pay the agreed amount, though.”
