“I have had PetsBest for 2 years now, and they are wonderful! Their customer service and helpful representatives are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. These days, customer service to me means you run a chance of getting super frustrated; however, I have not found any frustration at all dealing with Pets Best. Filing claims is fast and simple; getting reimbursed for items that are covered is also the same. I have referred my friends with fur babies to them.”

“I have the illness and injury plan with no annual limit. We have sent in many claims and Pets Best has approved every one including the comprehensive exam. Their customer service is outstanding. Any one of their reptresentatives is friendly and polite and answers any questions you may have. The monthly premiums are very reasonable.”

“The coverage has been excellent and all claims have been handled promptly. My only complaint is that my monthly premium went from $62/month to $112/month this year. Was not expecting such a huge increase.”

“No matter how thorough the invoices are that I send, I am requested at least once -- often twice -- to "send more information". Bills are not paid in a timely fashion. I am so frustrated! I used to be with another company and this was never a problem. I often feel like Pets Best is hoping I'll give up and not bother to pursue claims. Meanwhile, I'm paying a huge amount, $165/month, for pretty much nonexistent service. I stay because some major incident might occur, and I might need coverage for my pet.”

“Excellent coverage insurance at good pricing with a no hassle claim process. My only complaint was that they didn’t reimburse me for all the months I overpaid when I forgot to update my address upon moving which significantly lowered my monthly premium when I finally did update it.”

“In the 5 years I have had my cats, this is the third time I have had to submit a claim for injury/illness. All 3 times the claim submission process was super easy. I answered a few questions, uploaded detailed invoices and submitted. That's it Pets Best did the rest and within 30 days the claim was processed and payment was sent to my account. I am so glad I have the peace of mind knowing that if something major happens (or even no so major) that I can breathe easy knowing Thor, Loki and/or Lila will get the care that they need.”

“Every time I called, the employees were very helpful in caring. I’ve had a great experience and will be signing my other dog up. Highly recommended as I seen on multiple Frenchie sites. That’s why I chose this company due to their good reviews and I feel the same. That’s why I will sign my other dog up.”

“We love Pets Best and reccommend them to everyone. Straight-forward coverage explanations that ACTUALLY COVER YOUR PET'S HEALTH NEEDS! Plus, they are usually quick with their processing time. Out of the three different pet insurance companies we've had over the years, Pets Best is BEST!”

“Very professional and the cost is reasonable. I Just wish they didn’t go up in price so much every year. My dogs have had no problems but they still go up a lot every year. I don’t know if it’s worth it for me since my dogs are healthy.”
