“They have been terrific - once in awhile they have had questions about claims and reached out to the vet for info but it was seamless and they have always been timely. I can’t say enough good things about the safety net they provide and their service.”

“I know there's a lot of pet insurances out there and I'm glad I chose Pets Best...they have been great with my baby especially my silver lab...he's always got something going on. And when I get reimbursed for my out of pocket expenses (CARE CREDIT) I have it set up to go back on that card! I believe the longest it's taken to get reimbursed was maybe a month! I recommend Pets Best to anyone that wants/needs pet insurance.”

“I have been very happy with Pets Best. My dog has cancer and thanks to this insurance I have been able to provide the care he needs. Sometimes the claim takes longer to be processed, and depending on the amount we spent at the vet, the delay in processing the claim might represent a financial challenge for us, but Pets Best never failed in processing the claims and send us the refund we are entitled for.”

“I’d be lost without Pets Best! My rescue cat had a couple of serious issues after I adopted him but because of Pets Best I don’t have to worry about bringing him to the vet anymore. It’s so easy to file a claim online and they’ll send you a breakdown of your claim. Also they reimburse for flea meds and even dread diseases like FIP and cancer. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.”

“It takes too long to get paid. And the coverage is minimal. I pay almost $98 a month for the past year and a half and all I get is $80 back in my dogs $540 bill. Ridiculous. I might as well not even get the $80 back. Coverage needs to be better.”

“Best thing I ever did was get insurance and the best company is Pets Best.! They give the option of you get to choose your own kind of plan. My dog gets acupuncture and Pets Best pays for that! I have been with them for 4 1/2 years and they have paid me thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars back. I absolutely would’ve been in financial trouble if I didn’t have Pets Best Insurance.! Very quick communication emergency Veteranarian available 4 1/2 years of not one issue or complaint! Money goes straight into my checking account! You’re foolish to not do this the minute you get a new puppy! Enya and I are very very happy with PETS BEST !!”
