I've had nothing but great customer service with Pets Best. I've been with Pets Best since 2018 when we rescued to young pups. Pets Best has always been quick with responses, and letting me know if there are any issues with claims. I do appreciate receiving communication when a claim may take longer than usual, I know they're doing their very best!

We decided to get pet insurance on our 3 boys after the loss we experienced with our old little boy. We are very satisfied so far, as I placed a claim on Thursday and received an email on Saturday already for follow up on EOB. Thank you Pets Best

So far they have been very good about covering vet expenses. Right now I have a whopper one from 6 days in intensive care from eating death cap mushrooms. Waiting for reimbursement for that one

"I couldn't be happier with Pets Best Insurance currently! They have been incredibly quick in paying out claims, which is a huge relief for my accident-prone goofball. The coverage is excellent, and their customer service is always prompt and helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend!"

We have had insurance on my 2 dogs since we adopted them as puppies over 6 years ago. Both dogs got cancer just as they turned 6 years old in March and having Pets Best Insurance was an incredible asset for our family. 1 of the dogs passed 3 months ago and having insurance for my dogs was huge especially consideting our bills were almost 5-6k per month for 6 months.. Pets pets always pays on time and they have made my life so much easier..Thank you pets best!!

I've been very happy with Pets Best insurance for my amazing Golden Retriever Elroy. Also it seems like they are getting claims processed faster than usual recently which is definitely a plus! Thanks Pets Best!

Response to claims is timely and clear in explanation of action. The on line submission is easy to use. My only minor complaint is that you cannot upload more that one page at a time. I hope that will be changed in the near future so that a multipage claim is able to be uploaded at one time regardless of the number of pages.

When I started, I was told that the turn around was quick, next day payment. Now it's two or three weeks depending.

You either have insurance or you don't. All these grace periods or waiting for underwriting to make a decision is ridiculous. I got insurance on a Friday and we noticed my puppy had an ear infection on Sunday afternoon. Went to the veterinarian animal hospital on earliest appointment Tuesday morning. Paid to have the dogs ear flushed out and drops and with normal puppy stuff. They would not pay the claim because supposedly you have to wait "14 days" after getting insurance for the grace period for pre existing conditions. My puppy that I picked up on Friday when I purchased her from the breeder, she did not have an ear infection. Breeder can vouch for that. But they still refuse to pay the claim. Anyway to get out of paying it, they will. I may cancel this policy soon. This was on 28th of October and as of the 17th of November I still haven't received payment for the other puppy preventative maintenance stuff they agreed to pay for since I have the best policy they offer at the highest rates.
