“I haven't had no issues with them since obtaining insurance with my boy Bruno. Luckily I purchased cuz he's been I'll and also has allergies. Thanks to pets best I could be less stressful when my boy is sick.”

“We chose PetsBest several years ago when we got our Goldendoodle when we realized how comprehensive the coverage is and how affordable in comparison with other companies we looked into. We purchased a policy for our Great Dane as soon as we brought him home a year later. I am so pleased with how easy the claims process is and how quickly we receive reimbursement, even for our recent complex hospitalization for our Dane. I have gotten my parents as well as a coworker to purchase these amazing policies for their fur-babies as well. I don’t know what we would have done had we not had the peace of mind of Pets Best for our babies. Thank you for being what you say you are as a company and for doing what you say you will do!”

“My puppy is a bit clumsy, and he had a scratched eye and then later on he got an ear infection and the insurance paid right away. It was very easy to put a claim in which I’ve never experienced with previous insurance that I’ve had for previous pets.”

“Pets Best provides an easy way to submit claims online and their response time is excellent. Their customer service is quick to ask for additional info if needed to consider a claim. They keep you posted on the timeline for a response or a claim payment and easy to understand exceptions to reimbursements. I'm very pleased with the company responsiveness and the peace of mind this pet insurance gives me for the well-being of my therapy dog, Max.”

“Pets Best is wonderful and gives me peace of mind for my dogs. It’s very easy to submit claims and they’re usually reimbursed within 2 weeks. I find that their coverage is great and their representatives are wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Pets Best insurance!”

“I have had good experience with Pets Best insurance over the years. I do wish they would expand on what they allow as alternative treatments like shock wave therapy and platelet rich plasma injections. Those treatments have huge benefits.”

“I bought insurance hoping not to use it. 6 years into my policy our Berner, Murphy, required TPLO surgery for chronic MCL tearing. Pets Best has been asbsolutely easy to file claims with and very consistent in making payout within 10-14 days of submission. I am very happy I made the decision to count on Pets Best.”

“All good, until you submit an incident report. It takes 3 weeks to get reimbursed. You could do it better? There are companies that reimburse you in 2 days.”

“I have nothing but absolute positive things to say about Pet's Best. Our cat had UTI recently and had to take her to two vets (emergency and our regular primary care.) Pet's Best took care of the expenses according to the policy to the letter. Our previous cat died from a sudden onset of lymphoma, and at that time, too, Pet's Best allowed us to consider several options. Without it, our options could have been very limited. Its claims process is very easy. I wholeheartedly recommend Pet's Best to anybody, and in fact we have done so for a couple of people who were thinking about pet insurance.”

“After adopting a dog with a history of heartworms, it made sense to look into pet insurance to help pay for his health care. After comparing a few options, Pets Best was a solid choice. Premiums are competitive, and various coverage options let me choose appropriate coverage I could afford. The app is really easy to use. I submitted my claim and was notified of reimbursement within a few days. (I chose the direct deposit option to go directly to my Care Credit account, very helpful.) Pets Best will help me give my dog the best life he deserves.”
