“With my older purebred dog I've been very pleased with premiums and response to claims. He's has multiple claims. My younger, very healthy mixed breed dog with almost no claims at all has higher premiums that doesn't make much sense to me.”

“Pets Best has been a lifesaver. I have 2 pups that have had a lot of medical issues. Not sure what I would have done if they weren’t covered. Claims are generally taken care of within a few weeks. I highly recommend Pets Best.”

“This is the fastest insurance company for pets. The turn around time is amazing. I have not had any complaints so far. All my claims have been processed in a timely manner.”

“I called in and it took a very long time to get someone on the line. When the rep got in, she was helpful, but it took her a while to figure out my plan and coverage. Also, my initial claims took several weeks to process, and I still do not understand why I did not get any reimbursement for the actual appointment itself if it was partially classified as a wellness examination.”

“Actually looking to change my provider. Took forever to process my claim, yet I continue to receive messages about delays. Never takes that long to autopay my premium costs. Also for what I’m spending monthly I didn’t even receive half of a reimbursement on the claim submitted.”

“Reimbursement took longer than expected and booster shots were not covered even though I have the wellness plan. I still spent alot more for my two vet office visits than I anticipated for the premium I paid for the policy..”

“I nearly decided not to purchase pet insurance, but as my furry friend wound up passing within 30 days of purchasing the policy, I am extremely grateful that I did decide to make the purchase - and even more grateful that the policy was through Pets Best! Though claims processing took a bit longer than expected, I couldn’t have chosen a better company. They were friendly, respectful, and available when I had questions. When I’m ready for another furry pal, I’ll insure them through Pet’s Best!”

“The sudden increase in pricing is gouging. We're locked in because switching to a different insurnace means that pre-existing conditions aren't coverd. So we're stuck paying these ridiculously high rates.”

“I have had good experiences with my claims; however, I would like the cost of insurance to be lower. Not sure if it is worth the cost for years of payments if you have a healthy pet.”
