“For some reason it took a very long time for my claim to be processed. I still haven’t received my reimbursement for my pet’s visit. Fortunately I had just enough money in my checking account to pay my rent. So now I only have $1.02 left to pay the rest of my bills.”

“I have talked to a lot of people with pet insurance and their biggest complaint is that the insurance companies don’t pay or pay very little on our very first doctors visit. The bill came out to be $186 and Pets Best paid $182.of it. I had a question about coverage and I called and actually talked to a human and got an answer right away very pleased with their customer service so far.”

“Service is pretty good for what you pay, In the last year some claims took way too long to receive reimbursement. But they did send payments with minimal issues. I would consider insuring for my pet's care with them again.”

“It’s very difficult to find details about my pets policy. The website has gives a very general outline of coverage, but knowing my dog needed a dental under anesthesia before 3 years old even though it wasn’t recommended by the vet would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Typical lack of transparency.”

“I am happy with Pets Best so far but the only thing I'm not happy with is the fact that you're $500 deductible is really a $625 deductible because they only count 80% of what you paid out towards your deductible. (That's if you have opted for 80/20 coverage).”

“I have had pets best for 2 years now,they are great! They do exactly what is agreed to! I also get my response very quickly! They are quick to pay out there part! Highly recommend!”

“There's always a choice of insurance companies available for our pets. We've used Pets Best and have been very happy with their service. Most of the time people's dissatisfaction with a company such as this is that they underinsure their pet. That's a mistake. It may cost a little more for complete covedrage, but it's worth it and so is your pet. We've always been pleased with Pets best.”

“The app seems to have glitches from time to time. When it does work, claims are easy to file, however, for healthy younger dogs I'm paying a lot for not much coverage. Probably won't continue much longer- I need to review the last year to decide how much it cost me.”

“I have found Pets Best Health Insurance to be the best Pet insurance around! They are extremely timely covering claims, the claims are easy to submit and if you have a question, it's very easy to get a "live" person on line to discuss. Highly Recommend!!”

“The app was easy to use and answered all questions as needed. I appreciated the email stating my claim was accepted and then explanation of each claim.......total communication was well done. Your sympathy for the loss of murohy was well received. I would recommend your insurance to others.”

“We are so happy with Pets Best! The last few months Sammy has had quite a few vet visits with several tests to finally get a diagnosis. If it wasn't for Pets Best we would of had thousands of dollars in vet bills. The payouts have been quick! Great customer service also! If you don't have Care Credit you can get it through them and they will pay claims directly to the card. We are 💯 happy!”

“When you need them to pay, they do not pay. You are better off with another pet insurance company. We sent a $700 bill. They covered nothing of it. Their reason? They preferred not to. They are the Barteleby of pet insurers.”
