“I love everything about Pet's Best! Not only do they offer several benefit options for every budget, but the online claim process is so easy I think a five year old could do it! Additionally, all of my claims have been processed and sent automatically into my bank account within one week of submission! Keep up the great work Pet's Best!”

“The claim process took less than a month. I received my EOB early this week and the funds are not yet on my bank. Customer service by phone or chat has been helpful. Overall 4 stars. ⭐️”

“I have reviewed Pets Best in the past, and the review still stands, look to another Insurance Company for your furry friends, because they are a typical insurance company, DENY, DENY, DENY. Sadly, our lil' bugger is too old to change companies at this point, but the next adoption will most definately NOT INCLUDE Pets Best, um, because they are not the best, not even close!”

“The site is very user friendly, however, when additional information is needed and although notifications are sent for what is needed, I was unsure of what specific details were necessary to complete the claim process. The notification would state an "either"/"or" action, which was not clear to me. Fortunately, I was able to provide more information, maybe more than necessary and my claim was complete for processing. Other than this, I am happy with the insurance.”

“I've had my policy for 14 years and thought for sure $0.00 amounts would be paid to my claim. Happy Pets Best saw that I made every effort to get reimbursed by the owners of my dog's attacker. I appreciate they paid 76% of my claim. Not too bad when most insurance companies will find away to void my claim.”

“I’m very impressed with Pets Best. The filing of claims is extremely easy and the reimbursement process has been painless. They do exactly what you need them to do. The monthly payments are reasonable and I’m glad I have coverage for my little dog.”

“I'm not sure how I'm feeling with Pets Best at this point. Not sure if I am going to keep the insurance. I'm not happy with my latest claim refund due to noticing a "deductable and copay". Two signicant deductions???? What the heck is the copay for???? Doesn't make sense to me. I can see the deductable, but isn't a copay similar to a deductable? I'm feeling a little "taken" by these fees. Not really happy.”
