“Took me two weeks to get hold of anyone at Phase Eight to discuss an exchange of an online order as garment was faulty (which they coudn't do) and an issue with package damage during delivery. Nightmare to contact. Used to be great.”

“Quick delivery but the item arrived in what looked like an old cardboard box that was torn and bashed. Very poor packaging the item was not covered in anything and it was out of shape maybe due to the state of this old box. Very disappointed.”

“Excellent service for ordering snd returns. Product was lovely quality and fitted securely. Unfortunately the item was the wrong colour for my outfit snd had to be returned. Return was Processed very quickly with refund back in my account. Would recommend this product.”
