“Ordering process and speed to pass onto delivery co is excellent. Knocked off one star as not impressed with Evri. On the day delivery due they gave me a time, never turned up, I then had an email at 5pm to say parcel late but will still arrive that day. Of course it didn't, got in touch with Evri who then said still in depot....2days later told it had been lost! Reordered but one time no longer available , saw it become available 2 days later so ordered that too. Interestingly the 2nd order arrived 2 days before the first one so goodness knows how Evri manage their deliveries. Hey ho at least they arrived this time!”
