“The dress was the completely wrong size! At least and 18 when it said 14 on the label so I had to send it back. To add insult to injury £1.95 has been deducted from the refund when it was not my fault.”

“You have the most beautiful gowns, etc, and it's been a pleasure shopping with you. My items arrived very quickly, and safely. I am impressed with everything about Phase Eight, great choice, and how to accessorise your outfits perfectly. An added plus when you have no large stores or specialist stores near by.”

“Items delivered quickly but they are arriving very creased and not well wrapped, pleated skirts etc are a nightmare to get the creases out, the cost of some items should generate a more careful service.”

“Zeer mooie blouse, ziet er uit zoals op de foto's. Leuke kleuren. Maat klopt volgens maattabel. Alleen het aanpassen van de betalingswijze op de site lukte niet goed. Bij toeval kon ik uiteindelijk via PayPal betalen. Nu maar hopen dat dit volgende keer standaard wordt weergegeven bij de betaling. Ik ga hier zeker in de toekomst nog bestellen.”

“I ordered this item on Click and Collect and it never arrived in-store. I was told that it must have gone missing in transit. It is now out of stock so I can't order it again! This is the second time in a few months that I have not received what I have ordered. Come on Phase Eight, sort your couriers out!”
