“This has yet to be delivered to me, along with two dresses. Terrible terrible customer service from Phase Eight. Very disappointing and no one getting back to me at all. Won’t be recommending or shopping again with them.”

“Although the shoes look vety nice, they were extremely uncomfortable, and not sturdy. Also the underside of the bow dug into the top of my foot. I have slim size 5UK feet, so it isn't that they were small. Very flimsy ill fitting shoes, that felt insecure while being worn. For the price and name, I expected more and was extremely disappointed. They were for my daughter's wedding, and (unusually) had to change them during the ceremony to some other heels. Extremely disappointing. I will be seeking a refund, or at least part refund as they'll not be worn again due to the discomfort.”

“I used to love buying dresses and jumpsuits from Phase Eight but recently, the quality and standards have taken a nosedive. My recent purchases have had snags in the materials, dirty hems and a missing corsage from the jumpsuit. Also, the ‘do not remove’ tag was missing so I guess that makes it difficult to return an item. All very disappointing.”

“I love the quality of phase eight dresses. Unfortunately I find the fit inconsistent. I would also like more petite options. Most dresses are too long and a simple hem alteration isn't enough to make the garment fit. The Kimberley dress material and style were beautiful but the dress gaped under the arms because it was made for a taller person. It was also delivered 3 weeks after ordering and the second dress in the order is still to arrive. Evri said they have returned it to phase eight but despite phoning and using the web chat several times I've heard nothing about it.”

“A really beautiful dress but sadly the size 16 was a bit tight on the bust and the size 18 was too big so I had to return them. Gutted I couldn’t get one to fit me .”
