Pero el envío por correo, aunque es muy rápido, debería venir en un paquete con una mejor presentación y en una caja que proteja el vestido, porque llega arrugado como un trapo al venir en una bolsa tan pequeña. Además los costes del envío de devolución son el doble que los costes de envío cuando lo compras.”

“Beautiful red jumpsuit just what I had been looking for. The fit was perfect & the quality excellent really looking forward to wearing it for a wedding in May.”
“The Jaclyn blouse arrived (delivered to store) basically just shoved in the bag and badly creased.
Immediately returned, no way was I going to take it home and attempt to iron out all the creases, it's not what you expect from a quality brand. Also the assistant in the shop was very unwelcoming, totally deadpan face and minimal interaction.”

“Dresses are of exceptional quality and style, however, it appears most are catered for the taller woman as every dress I’ve tried on is far too long, even with heels. If only they would make the same dresses for shorter women I’m sure they would sell a lot more (I’m only 5 ft 3). The petite range is designed for a smaller frame, not necessarily a shorter woman.”
