“I bought a size,22 as this size fits me im normally a 20 in orher retailers. Im 5ft 3 the dress length was,ok with 2 inch heels. The pleated bottom was,lovely and hung nicely However I have returned the dress as on the bust the dress didnt sit well on me. There was a bit of material which didn't look right. That was my reason for the return.”

“I didn't rate it as I never received it due to Evri never delivering it. I felt very let down by Phase Eight as I tried for 20 minutes a time to speak to customer services and the chat service but no one picked up my call. Why do companies use Evri who clearly don't want to deliver parcels? I was disappointed as wanted to wear the dress to a wedding 24th July but it never appeared even though I ordered it 17th July. I wont br ordering online from Phase Eight again......”

“Phase Eight's customer service is absolutely appalling, not only did I not receive the goods I ordered, I was not notified that the goods were being returned to the seller until I queried it with Phase Eight. I spent over a week trying to get information about my purchase from the customer service department online, eventually on my 5th phone call to the customer service department an agent agreed to process a refund. Premium prices for bargain basement levels of customer service.”

“I would give two stars for your customer service. I was sent the corsage jumpsuit without the corsage. I attempted to discuss this through the live chat to see how return without being charged for delivery, after waiting to be connected to someone for 42 minutes Chloe finally came on, I asked my question and had absolutely no response. I then sent an email and that has been ignored. I ended up posting the jumpsuit back with the fault identified. I have just received my refund today with the postage taken off. I think it is totally unacceptable to be expected to pay for postage when the item was faulty. I have just tried to discuss this on your live chat again for it to keep shutting down. Your call contact is also only open until 1pm. You clearly do not wish to speak to your customers at all. Finally got through to someone today after 25minutes and will receive my postage back.”

“I purchased three items to a vale of £231 but received nothing. Customer service is not fit for purpose so I have as yet not received a refund. I paid via a PAYPAL account and have therefore contacted them to facilitate a full refund. Not good enough Phase Eight.”
