“I recieved an item that had stains on it and looked like it had been warn. It wasn't easy feeding this back to the company. I emailed,used your chat facilityand eventually rang. I was reimburded for the return postage but that was all. No real apology or compensation (apart from money off another item) ehich I turned down).”
