“Ordering process was easy items arrived promptly.
I had ordered multiple items for choice and the returns process was so easy. There was an issue with items that were soiled on arrival. I contacted Phase eight and they sorted out a replacement with 24 hour delivery. Well done phase eight”

I’m 5ft & the dress is a little shorter than I would usually wear, just above the knee, but looks good with black tights & boots, love the funnel neckline, it’s extremely flattering.
